Tash and Si are such great landlords and kept the house in pristine condition! Every detail in the house was organised, from numbered shelves to bin rotas, making it easy to live with people you didn’t know. For any problems with the house Tash and Si were always available via WhatsApp and would promptly fix any issues. I would highly recommend Pear Tree Living for anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly and professional house share experience. Thank you so much for a great year!

I lived in a Pear Tree Property for just over a year. The house was well decorated and clean. Tash and Si were great landlords. If there were any issues, they helped straight away. If I were to rent in a shared house again, I'd definitely choose a Pear Tree Property.

Tash and Si are not just great landlords, they are nice people also. If you have any issues/ problems things are always sorted very quickly. I’m really happy in my home and I’ve made some life long friends.
