Living here while on exchange at UTP. The apartments are comfortable and well constructed, the administration is very accommodating, they definitely care about their residents (Shoutout Natalia!). The building is secure and the neighbourhood is safe and close to the university.

I am a resident of Plaza U and I love living here. The people are super dear, here we live coaches, businessmen, doctors, teachers, yoga experts, graphic designers, architects, in short, we are a community of people with an incredible mentality and energy. Very happy with this space, one of my favorite places is, without a doubt, the Co-working and the terrace of my room.
