I highly recommend this hotel. 1. The room condition is excellent. 2. The lounge is well managed — wine and snacks are served from 7 to 8, and scones and coffee are available in the morning. 3. The location is great and easily accessible from anywhere. 4. The staff are kind and provide prompt, accurate service.

Just stopping looking and book Hotel Prakrit Essens now. Location is great, staff is welcoming, rooms are great, especially on the 1st and 5th floors. Happy hour and the terrace for that is a nice respite from the busy hustle and bustle of Barcelona. I can only say great things about this place!

The hotel facility and service were lovely during our 4 nights stay. The front desk staff was friendly and inviting from our arrival around noon and was able to check us in early and provided a room upgrade to make sure the two rooms booked were on the same floor. The room itself was great, clean, and with plenty of space. Location was right smack in the middle of everything so convenient to use as a central point. You could take the R2N train right from Terminal 2 of the airport to almost right in front of the hotel (5 mins walk). Last but not least, the hotel had a very pleasant scent as soon as you walk in the door. It also had a great lounge and terrace area to unwind. Although our room faced the main road with lots of foot and car traffic, the balcony door shielded those noise completely when closed. 10/10 recommend.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The location is a perfect “home base” for exploring the city. We really enjoyed the common lounge area and evening happy hour.

Thank you to Nichole (our hero!) at the front desk. She helped reset our rooms air conditioning when we arrived. Work great the rest of the visit after that (she had to reset it or something to do with that). Thank you again Nichole! Hotel: Clean, great location, water/coffee/snacks available in the lounge area, and a helpful staff. Breakfast is at the restaurant next door if you want to add it - or there are a million options in the area. We loved just being able to walk out the door and explore. Uber was very easy to use in the area for longer distances. There is also a bus stop near the hotel if needed. We did not spend a ton of time at the hotel as we were out and about exploring the city.

Excellent location. Rooms need an update. They appear worn out. Hallways are dirty and dark with minimal lighting. I had difficult entering the hotel due to the front staff not being around. The cost of the room is too high for what you get from the hotel. The price of the pre-paid breakfast is not worth the cost.

We had a great stay here! Room was very nice and the staff was great. Everything was clean and quiet for being so central in the city. Easy to walk wherever and or grab a cab if needed. I would definitely stay here again!

that hotel that I was looking forward to and the letdown of it - short version: amazing location, not very nice staff, room with a lot to be improved, not sure if worth the money. we booked this hotel for the room with the outdoor bath, and it indeed had that, and in terms of having that luxury it's great, and the balcony is big and very private (if you're on the 5th floor) the bed is also very big, but not the comfortable and that's about where the possible parts end. this is one of those hotels that think it's better to have the toilet door not really closed, ever, this one is just two metal doors that close with a big gap in the middle and never really closed, want some privacy? not in this toilet, also, want to go to the toilet at night and not have blasting light? not here, this toilet has a sensor only to turn on the light, why? same goes for the shower, it's not a room it's just a closet with a door, it's not luxury, it's not inviting, it's bad, the rain shower head is nice, the hand shower is the worst kind. and the worst for last, this is very picky but also, I got my finger hurt because of it so it's the WORST, the handle to open the balcony door is done in a weird way where if you want to lock the door the handle is horizontal and open is vertical, so when you want to open the door, put the handle in vertical (like this | not like this ---) and push, and then when you want to close pull it, the problem is that the frame is too close so you are bound to get your finger stuck between the door and the frame and cause yourself a small hemorrhage, thanks!
