What a wonderful hotel, beautifully styled and in the perfect location. The bath on the balcony is a great feature and the wine happy hour every evening is very welcoming! I've dropped only one star for the Room Rating purely because of the poor design of the toilet door, it being glass and with a large gap between the individual doors when they are closed removing any privacy.

Location was great and patio rooms were awesome. Tub was oversized and so was the sitting area. Comfortable beds. Coffee and free water in the lounge/terrace area was also great Staff was very kind and friendly. Maya was a joy all week. Hotel was located in a busy/happening area but tucked away and felt nice.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Praktik Èssens! The staff were kind and helpful, location was very convenient with eateries nearby and close to many boutique stores. The room was great except for a wood lice we saw. Appreciated that the hotel had happy hour, and water, coffee/drinks. Loved the soaps so much that we bought some back home. Will stay here again!

This place was perfect for our trip to Barcelona! We stayed here before and after our cruise. It was in the perfect location with easy access to major sites, food and shopping. But the rooms were very quiet even though we were right on a main street. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff were also so nice and very helpful when we needed to store luggage before checking in. Everyone we interacted with was kind and easy to work with. We highly recommend this hotel!!!

Definitely worth taking the time to find such a wonderful boutique hotel. Great location. Set back from noise of the main road. Beautiful rooms which were spotless. Really nice lounge for reading after walking most of Barcelona. Only (very) minor complaint was that the emergency light above our door was such a bright green! Highly recommended.

Very clean room and modern setting with street view. Super convenient location and almost walk to the most places. Plus the bus and subway stations near by to make travel easier. Lots high end fashion stores on both side of street and the best food market El National behind the hotel. We really enjoyed the stay.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The location is close to everything we wanted to explore. Great restaurants are within walking distance. El Nacional Restaurant is right outside their lobby. Every staff member is pleasant and helpful. The lounge is fantastic with great coffee available all the time. Super clean rooms and entire facility. The best toiletries and lotion. Love, love, love this hotel.

Perfect boutique hotel in a lovely location . Room was spacious, bathroom decent. Lounge for coffee and water plentiful. Best part was daily happy hour, when you have a wonderful opportunity to meet guests. Oh....very nice bed sheets. Hotel was very accessible. Go to El Nationale!
