Rooms are cleaned, good and hygienic food, very good environment at roof top open air restaurant. Had enjoyed a great and memorable time. Staff is amazing specially Gerges knows his work and doing well.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend for 10 days, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The reception staff, especially Babar Ali, was incredibly polite and helpful, ensuring our check-in was smooth and effortless. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, thanks to Muzammil and Ritik, who went above and beyond to keep our room spotless every day. It was so refreshing to return to such a perfectly maintained room after exploring the area. A special mention to Gerges, our driver, who made our trips so enjoyable. He was always punctual, professional, and friendly, making us feel safe and comfortable throughout. Overall, the staff truly made our stay memorable, and the hotel’s excellent service exceeded all our expectations. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for stay.

It was a great experience. This is my second time in a reservation hotel. The first time i was stayed in 2022 and this time was staying for a week. Special Mr. Samir the receptionist guy he is very kind and helped me out. All need some more parking space

I recently stayed at the Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of services provided. The team truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The front desk staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Housekeeping maintained impeccable standards, with spotless rooms and thoughtful touches that added to the comfort. A special mention to the shuttle driver, Mr. Girgis, whose friendly demeanor and punctuality made transportation stress-free. His local knowledge and willingness to assist were truly appreciated. I highly recommend Resivation for anyone seeking a seamless and delightful stay.

We spent a week at the hotel and the service is nothing but excellent, clean and spacious rooms, good service and great offers and combos available at the restaurant. The staff is very polite and helpful. Big shout out Gerges who looks after the shuttle service drop, he was a great help to get around the metro or nearby malls from the hotel, his travel tips helped us a lot and he went out of his way to ensure we had good service. I definitely recommend this place and look forward to my next stay.

Really good hotel. Nice rooms with lots of storage and fridge - perfect for a short stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a convenient bus shuttle service to the metro and the malls. And there is a nice games / relax lounge in the basement. In general, great value for money.

My stay was amazing from every aspect. Clean, organized and fantastic hotel. Special shoutout to Gerges the hotel free shuttle driver: really amazing guy, supportive, smiley all the time, positive, and tried to provide the best accommodation possible. I believe he totally needs a raise.
