My one-night stay at the Resivation Hotel was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I had a minor issue with the TV in my room, and the IT technician Kamal resolved it quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and friendly demeanor were truly appreciated. The hotel's shuttle service to and from the Al Furjan metro station was incredibly convenient. A special shout-out to Saeed, the shuttle driver, who provided first-class service with a smile. His courteous and attentive attitude made the journey a pleasure. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere.

Room - compact clean and neat. We took Felix king bed room which is sufficient for 2 adult and 1 kid. The room size and restroom size is small. Kamal from Maintenance team offered good and professional service. Parking - they have around 50+ car parking inside the hotel but it’s first come first serve basis. However there are ample free parking space available around the hotel. Near by we have Baqala shop and super market.

I had a wonderful experience at Resivation Hotel, located on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Jebel Ali Village, Al Furjan, Dubai. The ambiance is modern, relaxing, and perfectly designed for both comfort and productivity. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels calm and welcoming. Considering the quality of service and facilities, this is truly one of the best budget hotels in Dubai. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and must say it is an excellent experience, specially cleanliness, staff behavior and room service. Special mention to Ritik, he is one of the best room service attendant I ever met. Thank you plz keep doing great work. Highly Recommend

I’ve been staying in this hotel for more than 10x. tonight I called them for a last min booking and told me that it will be cheaper to book a twin room than a king room. I asked them to proceed with a king bed and will come in with in 30mins. Upon arrival everything was normal until I saw the room myself, i was put in a twin bedroom when i checked in with my partner. Mr. Amal from reception refused to merged my bed and on spot said that I book for the twin room when in fact i paid more to book a king bed. Unacceptable for someone who’s booking with them multiple times.

Friendly staff throughout. Lovely hotel. Kept extending my stay. Spacious hotel rooms. They have a DIY laundry service, a co working space a game room. I’d definitely come back. If you looking for a comfortable silent and relaxing stay then this is the right place.

Not bad for a 2-star hotel! The place is clean, new, and offers all the basic facilities you need. Although the location is a bit far from the city center and major tourist attractions, it’s actually a great spot if you want to relax away from the busy city. Definitely worth the price. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast as well.

I had a great stay at Resivation Hotel Dubai! The rooms were clean, awesome and very comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment I arrived (ps I've been coming for the past few months for a small getaway). A special shoutout to Amal and Ali — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and always made sure I had everything I needed , no matter the time! I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!!!
