I had a comfortable stay at Hotel Reservation — a truly value-for-money option. The rooms are decent, and what really stands out is the staff. Every single member, right from the reception team to the housekeeping and support staff, is warm, professional, and always ready to help with anything you need, any time of the day. Their service attitude genuinely elevates the overall experience. A special mention to Saeed, the shuttle driver, who went out of his way to drop us at a very convenient point near Al Furjan Metro Station while also helping graciously with luggage. His helpfulness and kindness made our travel much easier. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended for budget-friendly comfort.

Extremely Quiet, close to Metro station 8 minute walk and they offer a shuttle to the metro Mon-Friday every 30 minutes, nice gym and swimming pool. Close to small and large supermarket. Affordable prices

Mr muhammad imran, driver is the best worker at resivation hotel. He drive very safe for guest from hotel to the al furjan metro station. He alwats maintain the shuttle bus at clean condition for the safett of the passenger.

I was staying this hotel 2 weeks and very impressed hotel services front desk guys, and hotel maid. Specially driver guy who is Saeed. He has great service, polite, and friendly. For sure, I will come back!!!

All the staff are very nice and friendly.For the housekeeping a guy name Tiki he always make our room nice and clean and always ask if we need anything or everything is oky. Im enjoying being here 😊 bcoz there's a good service and l feel at home
