I initially booked this hotel for 4 nights, but I ended up extending my stay for 10 more nights simply because I enjoyed it so much. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff truly make you feel at home. Special thanks to Ali at the reception - he’s absolutely the best! Always friendly, quick to help, and just a genuinely good person. Also, a big shoutout to Ritik from housekeeping. He’s very polite, always smiling, and keeps the room perfectly clean and tidy every single day. It’s the little things like this that really matter when you're away from home.

It's great value for what you pay. The rooms are a bit basic on the space and they are all the same size, but it's sufficient and very quiet. Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating whenever they could. The restaurant was decent enough and the prices were on the cheap side. Parking was an issue inside their private parking, but on the upside, there are plenty of public parking just outside and it's free. It's not ideal for anyone without a car because it's a bit of a distance from the closest metro station, but they have a free shuttle that goes to a few malls and metro stations.

Google Review for Resivation Hotel, Al Furjan, Dubai ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at the Resivation Hotel in Al Furjan, Dubai, and my experience was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality that set a positive tone for my stay. The highlight of my experience was the shuttle service. It primarily runs to the metro station and nearby malls on weekends, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The drivers were all welcoming and kind, but I especially want to commend Gerges. His friendliness and willingness to help truly made my travels around the city enjoyable. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job, ensuring everything was spotless throughout my stay. The reception staff were equally impressive. They were polite, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. Their attentiveness made me feel valued as a guest, contributing to a wonderful experience. Although the hotel restaurant was temporarily closed for rebuilding, this did not significantly impact my stay. I appreciated the hotel’s efforts to improve its facilities and look forward to seeing the new restaurant once it opens. The location in Al Furjan is ideal, offering a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to major attractions. Overall, I highly recommend the Resivation Hotel for anyone visiting Dubai. The combination of excellent service, a clean environment, and a friendly staff made my stay memorable. I look forward to returning in the future!

Gerges is a good driver. Picks me up as soon as I am off the metro so I don’t have to wait or walk in the sun! The hotel in general is clean and all the staff are lovely

The hotel is pretty good—exactly what you'd expect from a 2-star hotel, in a good way. The pricing is great value, especially considering the location. Although it’s a bit far from the city center, the hotel offers a shuttle service every 30 minutes, including one near Al Furjan Station, which made it so much easier to get around without the hassle of finding cabs or buses. I had a couple of questions, including if I could extend my stay by a few hours since I checked in late, and also about leaving my luggage before check-in. The staff across different shifts at the reception were all helpful and friendly. Shoutout to Gergis, the shuttle bus driver—he was super helpful and kind during our stay! The cleaning staff was also very polite. One of them always greeted me with a smile and asked if we needed anything. Overall, it was a pleasant trip. We’ll be coming back when we visit Dubai again—especially to avoid the traffic and noise of the city.

It was amazing to stay in this hotel so cute and clean the staff from when I book Mr Samer was so accommodate and we check in at 7:33 Mr B I forgot ☺️ his name sorry and also Anas give us more time to relax because we check in late all of them so helpful and friendly highly recommend the hotel and we want to come back again 🥰🥰

I would like to commend Shiva Rao for his outstanding service. He is very professional, hardworking, and always willing to help. His attention to detail and dedication to keeping everything clean and organized is truly impressive. As always, I had a lovely stay with exceptional service. The staff and management were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my visit truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Mr. Gerges (driver) and the hardworking housekeeping team—Mr. Dhanush, Mr. Dhanish, and Mr. Shaukad for their dedication. I also greatly appreciate the warm hospitality of Mr. Anas (reception) and the professionalism of Mr. Nehad (Sales Director). Looking forward to my next visit!
