I had a great experience with roomrs! I lived in one of their apartments in NYC (Chinatown) for three months and my room (incl. private bathroom) was spacious and very beautiful - exactly as shown in the 3D tour on their website. Their service was excellent, all issues (broken chair and lamp) were quickly taken care of. My roommates and the neighborhood were amazing too! It was a bit noisy at night, but I guess that's to be expected in Manhattan. I really had a great time and would recommend it to my friends!

Roomrs made it much simpler to find an apartment for my last semester in NYC. Rather than signing a full year lease, I was able to sign for just a few months, allowing me to save a lot of money, especially as the apartment is fully furnished. Great customer service. Roomrs was truly a lifesaver when I was searching for short-term housing in NYC this past summer. With my internship date fast approaching, I struggled to find a short-term leasing agency that was both affordable and high-quality. The leasing process is simple: look up the availability of homes in the neighborhood you want to rent in on the website, prices are transparent, leases start at three months, and I can get a preview of the construction of the home through a 3D model. With an emphasis on streamlining the leasing experience, Roomrs offers great customer support, and my queries are always responded to quickly. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at Roomrs this year, I was able to enjoy a safe neighborhood, clean environment and convenient amenities at a reasonable price!
