it’s been nearly five months and I am yet to receive my deposit back. I’ve been emailing them back and forth and they are trying to scam their way to keep my money. the transaction was rejected by my bank because of incorrect account number and beneficiary name, which was an error on their end, but now they are refusing to make another transaction. would not recommend because their administrative team is extremely slow in responding and not of any help.

The room had bedbugs. They first suggested I was the cause, and once the experts confirmed I wasn't, Sharies still refused to give any discount or reimburse me any of the rent. I never write reviews like this but it was such a bad experience I feel I have to. I would not wish this on anyone! Be very careful!

I stayed in Sharies Paris earlier this year. It has been 7 weeks since I have left the apartment and handed the company my band details, but they have not paid my deposit back. I have followed up multiple times, but no action. I am forced to take up the legal procedure.

Very accessible and well furnished accommodation. It’s in a great location, the terrace and kitchens are spacious, and the property managers are always on hand to help, especially Nathan. I would recommend it, especially if you are moving to Paris from abroad and need a first foot on the ground.

I was lucky enough to get a room in a newly built residence where I spent 11 months. The comfort, flexibility and quality of the accommodation compensated for the higher price compared to other types of accommodation. A big thank you to Nathan, the manager of my residence, who always listened to our problems. I received my security deposit on 07/17 having left the apartment on 06/30.

Security deposit not returned despite a room being returned “nice” according to them. Heating cut off on March 19 when we had negative temperatures at night and close to zero during March and April 2024. No compensation despite a thermometer showing only 10 to 13° in the rooms! Having to waste time filing a court case, we would have done without it!

Well - I was so pleased to find a service like Sharies and therefore organised a call in order to go ahead with the process. Unfortunately - whilst I booked 2 calls with a certain Maé, no one showed up despite their own reminders for the meetings 😳 waste of time. The one star is only based on this so far terrible terrible customer service and hopefully we will manage to get a better service so I can review my comments. Sharies team, if you read this email please reach out so you can prove me wrong. Thank you.
