I have been waiting for my rent deposit of 1500 euros for 2 months already, past deadline, this is not acceptable. Please refund the money inmediatly or legal actions will be taken.

DO NOT RENT WITH SHARIES! I left one of their Paris locations in June of 2025 and still have not received my 1500 euro deposit back. Their reasoning is that I don't have an EU bank account (which is illegal?!!) and refuse to help with this situation any further. Considering I had to send all of my payments through a wire transfer, there should be no reason as to why they cannot do the same. I highly suggest not renting with this company if you don't want your money stolen.

I have been living in this residence for one year, and unfortunately the service has steadily deteriorated month after month to the point where there is now virtually no service at all. Management is extremely difficult to reach: emails go unanswered, the application does not work, and there is no effective way to contact the company. New residents face serious issues accessing their rooms, while long-term residents see no improvements over time. Additionally, the residence does not comply with the minimum indoor temperature requirement of 17°C. Common areas are often below 15°C, and many rooms do not have functional heating, which is particularly concerning. I regret this situation, as the quality of service has declined significantly and no longer meets basic expectations.

Asnieres sur siene house - great house, but no enforcement of contract to keep tenants behaving respectfully towards others. Some tenants are driving others out due to noise and disrespectful behavior. Sharies claims they are not in charge of policing the house. In other words, they are not responsible for enforcing the contact we sign which guarantees certain rules. Half the house treats it like a frat house throwing crazy parties. Seems like false advertising. When there is no oversight or accountability, some people feel they can behave in whatever way they want without consequences. Not good for Sharies!

I lived at Sharies Massy Village for about a year. The community and the space were great, and the people truly made the experience, but the management was consistently disappointing. Some common areas, especially those shared between certain residents, were often left in very unhygienic conditions. One roommate repeatedly left shared spaces dirty, and even after several reports, Sharies never intervened. We also spent 2 weeks without proper hot water, even though the issue had been reported multiple times. The monthly kitchen boxes they advertise were inconsistent and usually arrived very late. There were moments when privacy felt compromised. Once, someone from the team entered my room without notice while I was home and only asked if it was my room after opening the door. Their ticket system is the only way to communicate, and it often didn’t work properly on the app. There is no emergency number, so if something happens late at night or if your key card gets locked inside your room there’s no way to reach anyone. Communication was slow overall. Some issues, like a friend’s lost key card, were simply never resolved. They also changed residence managers very frequently and rarely informed tenants, which made communication even more confusing. Monthly events included in the service were irregular, with some months skipped entirely. I moved out on September 21st, and even though the legal one-month deadline has passed, my deposit still hasn’t been fully returned. The handling of my case has been unclear and unprofessional from the beginning. I’m sharing this so others know what to expect. Unless Sharies seriously improves its management and communication, I cannot recommend it. The community was great, but the service falls far below what you pay for.

I don't know from where to start as there are many many things to say. Although the house is big and well equipped. Many annoying things render the experience awful in this place, I will talk only about some of the things in this review and I will write about the rest of things on facebook reviews. First horrible weird experience is when entering, they show you a certain room type on the website is available and when you apply for it they offer you something else higher in price and when you ask why they say the other room is not available !!! so why you put it online if not available !!! haha weird and funny. Another thing, after my application two people contacted me for exactly the same room, but imagine what, everyone gave me a difference folder fee price!!! LOL. By the way tow months before that I contacted them and give me third difference price, so never believe what they tell you first about the prices and scrutinize until you find the real price because actually there is not a real price they try to take higher, it reminds me of bargaining prices in some countries, so never believe and always make sure of the prices they give you. Another thing, i lost my salto card they charged me 50 euro for a new one although these cards are much more cheaper than this as I am a consultant who works on Salto solutions. I am still in the house so let's see what other things will happen will share them in the other reviews.

Its started as an ideal place if you are a young profession/older student moving to paris. But its been consistently declining as time goes by, they completely abandonned the maintenance aspect.

I changed my review since I actually got reimbursed my deposit. However, this is still not a positive review since I do not have a very good memory of this place. The people working there are honestly amazing, but they are noticeably overworked. It is evident that they need to hire more people in order to properly manage the building. The "cheap" feeling of the company is evident throughout the building too, where things stay broken for months, or permanently. Again, the people working there are very nice and they do a wonderful job with the means they have. It is a nice building (the one in Vanves), and it has a lot of potential as a coliving, it is a shame the investors or whoever the people at the top want to invest the bare minimum to keep the place running.
