Would not recommend at all. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, very rude and non responsive. Landlord scheduled multiple showings while me and my friends stayed in the apartment without telling us. Sometimes people even showed up without guides/agents, expecting us to show them around… Stove did not work at all. Drawer was broken. Pool turned green because of improper cleaning. They give these fairytales before you move in and when there it’s nothing at all what you have been promised. Multiple hidden fees as well. Just look at other reviews before to confirm. Find another company!

I have stayed the last 8.5 Month in Singapore with them before going back to my home country. The Handover when moving out took a bit time but at the end all in all went well and I did receive back my full deposit. The service and communication during my stay was pleasent and accurate. I really enjoyed the nice pool during my time in Singapore after long office hours. In my opinon the best price for value out there. Some people i got to know did stay with our companies and had to pay much more than i did. All in all a great experience.

Highly unprofessional. They basically didn’t care to talk to you unless it was about payment. Every time there was an issue, which there were a lot, they would leave me on read and ignore me for as long as possible. Even though I repeatedly brought up the issues, some of them never got resolved or they would say something along the lines of “ there’s nothing we can do”. The overall service was so horrible, would not recommend.

Worst customer service provider I have ever come across. They create a group chat with you and your roommates, but any inquiries will take a long time, sometimes even days to get a reply. Wanna get something fixed? Might as well live without it. Speaks in a very unprofessional manner at times. Many fees and sometimes they are unexplained.

Excellent Service. Very responsive and great value for price. This is a trustworthy serviced apartment company. Will book with Singapore Housing Company again.
