Avoid!!! Avoid at all cost!!! You can't sleep here the noise is excessive , construction on one side paddle tennis on the other. You can find a better place for the price! Not to mention the fire alarm goes off daily most of the time it's around 1am

It’s been one year of a great experiences. If you new in the Lisbon area, whether student or young professional. If you wanna be close to the beach and make new friends, with a good price/value ratio - you should definitely check it out. And of course the people managing the place are adorable and will help you settle in from day one. Have fun!

We are a couple and we have been living in these Studios for almost 2 years. 2 years ago this business belonged to SmartStudios. Then NIDO bought it out in 2023. Since that time NIDO got rid of security guards within the building, but vastly has raised the prices for living. NIDOs booklet and site are full of the words "security", "safety", "well-being", "helpful staff", etc.. Despite all of these are declared, you wont meet it here, if real problems could come to you. 1) Two or three weeks ago in the bike garage was stolen a bike. Administration of the building did not warn residents about that case. Last week 2 or 3 bikes were stolen + electric scooter. Our two bikes have been attempted to be stolen as well (locks were almost cut), but luckily something prevented the thefts to do it. When we and other owners, whose transport was stolen, discovered it, it was claimed to admins and asked for help. The manager told that it was not his business, but the police. He added why did we come, if our bikes were not stolen. At last he called for senior manager, who also told to go the police and did not even come for clarification (it was Saturday). We went to the police and wrote the reports. Police came on Monday to get the cameras recordings. But there are no cameras aimed at the parking lots. We talked with the management again and the supervisor told us that there is no one in NIDO who is responsible for the safety of the residents belongings (even at our apartments) and there is no any legal responsibility of NIDO if something is stolen from the residents. So the supervisor suggested keeping all the bikes, scooters and other belongings at the apartments, because there are no more safer places for them anywhere in the building or at the parking, and the buildings staff can not provide any security despite the phrases and statements provided on the site and documents such as NIDO guest book. As a resident of NIDO and a victim of the robbery attempt, I am sharing this information because NIDO staff has not warned the residents by any means when the first robbery was made 2 or 3 week ago and no official information about the crimes anywhere till now. By now more than 5 bikes have been stolen. Till now nothing has been done to settle this situation. We have to keep our bikes for nights on the balcony, which is super inconvenient for the 4th floor, small lift and tiny apartment. 2) Due to the lack of control of human traffic here in the building there are sometimes very strange people hanging around inside and near the building, especially at night when all the managers leave work. 3) As we lived on the side of paddle court, the neighbouring student residence "Milestone" made very loud parties. Was impossible to sleep. On my request to the NIDO building management to do smth with it, I was also told that it is not their problems and I should go to the police. And I did and called for police several times by myself. It helped for some time till we have changed our apartment to the other side of the building. 4) NIDO periodically collects opinions about how we live here. I have made this survey and also claimed suggestions for improvements, but some of them were ignored, some were answered with "no", motivating it with "decisions of the higher staff management". 5) Fire alarm system is crazy here (you can hear it every day and at night). But when the real problem could come, nobody would believe it is a true fire alarm. To sum it up, I give 1.5 stars here because of the cleaning team and relatively fresh apartments. Though sometimes you can meet big cockroaches on the zero floor. What I do insist on ? 1) Returning the securities here or at least hire night concierges. 2) Changing the anti-client policy when real problems come "THAT IS NOT OUR BUSINESS. DO WHATEVER YOU WANT, WE ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR NOTHING". 3) Introducing fact-checking of the visitors and guests of the residence. 4) Putting additional cameras in the garage, AIMING them at the spots where cars, bikes and scooters are kept. 5) Fixing fire alarm system.

Been living here since late 2022 and recently renovated my stay until next year (2025). Choosing this building has been a great choice! The studios have everything you could need in terms of amenities if you're one person, and the property itself has a mixture of your own personal space and areas for socializing and lots of activities year round. Location is great too; 25-30 minutes away from Lisbon by train and all you need nearby, walking distance (supermarket, buses beaches, shopping, train station, etc). And in my case, close to work. Also, price includes utilities (power, water, internet), so it's great and makes it more affordable, or at least more value for your buck. But the most important part for me (as a foreigner) is the sense that I feel welcomed, at home, safe and very supported here. And two people are responsible for this: Célia and Catarina. They look after me and help out whenever I need something, from parcels to rebooking help. They make all the difference in the world and I love them both for that. Hope this stay is for many years to come.

Been here for a quite long time and recently renewed the contract again to T1. It’s a great place to make new friends-I came here alone from another country and now I have befreind a bunch of close friends from this community. The room is tiny but equipped with everything including a full kitchen set, sufficient to make any meals for myself. There is also an open kitchen on the ground floor where you can invite friends. The front rooms has a lot of sunshine and is very warm even during winter days. The back rooms are cooler in summer times, but if you are sound sensitive, I wouldn’t recommend. The staffs are very friendly and always willing to help. If you are preparing to move here soon especially from abroad, don’t hesitate.

I stayed at the studios for over a year and look forward to staying here in the future. Very good location and diversity exists all year long. All inclusive in the studio is a good catch!
