Been living here since late 2022 and recently renovated my stay until next year (2025). Choosing this building has been a great choice! The studios have everything you could need in terms of amenities if you're one person, and the property itself has a mixture of your own personal space and areas for socializing and lots of activities year round. Location is great too; 25-30 minutes away from Lisbon by train and all you need nearby, walking distance (supermarket, buses beaches, shopping, train station, etc). And in my case, close to work. Also, price includes utilities (power, water, internet), so it's great and makes it more affordable, or at least more value for your buck. But the most important part for me (as a foreigner) is the sense that I feel welcomed, at home, safe and very supported here. And two people are responsible for this: Célia and Catarina. They look after me and help out whenever I need something, from parcels to rebooking help. They make all the difference in the world and I love them both for that. Hope this stay is for many years to come.

Been here for a quite long time and recently renewed the contract again to T1. It’s a great place to make new friends-I came here alone from another country and now I have befreind a bunch of close friends from this community. The room is tiny but equipped with everything including a full kitchen set, sufficient to make any meals for myself. There is also an open kitchen on the ground floor where you can invite friends. The front rooms has a lot of sunshine and is very warm even during winter days. The back rooms are cooler in summer times, but if you are sound sensitive, I wouldn’t recommend. The staffs are very friendly and always willing to help. If you are preparing to move here soon especially from abroad, don’t hesitate.

I stayed at the studios for over a year and look forward to staying here in the future. Very good location and diversity exists all year long. All inclusive in the studio is a good catch!

internet is almost never working, the NIDO is charging people for every sneeze, false fire alarms, rent prices similar to renting a house. NOT RECOMMEND

Better options for people who come Lisbon first time and find friendship community and good location for living on first 6 months. I prefer t1 room in smart studios and takes more comfort. You can used rooftop terrace anytime, cowork and other rooms for you work or chill. 10 minutes walking and you can work or network in Nova Bussines School. 15 minutes - Carcavelos Marina and beach. Very clean and comfortable area compared to Lisbon. And ofc- better support inside SmartStudio(Nido) High recommended in your first trip in Lisbon.
