I’ve worked with Roman in his office and I can assure you that all of these Google reviews are accurate depiction of who he is as a person. The first time I quit, was because I did a showing, and the client ended up calling him, and he freaked out, screamed, and swore at them telling them they needed to pay right now and book online if they wanted to even view a property. The last time I quit after he begged me to come back, was because he wanted to get better Google reviews. He screamed and swore at me and tried to keep us cool, but he couldn’t. Pretty much everyone in his office has quit and he has a very high turnover of both staff and tenants. He’s even tried to get me to collect a tenants belongings and throw it in the garage, which I wouldn’t do. He’s also had his movers remove a door from one of his tenants rooms to get them to leave. Read the reviews do not stay with this person. He will take your money and try kicking you out. He’s trying to rebrand his company Sociable Living to sociable homes because of this reason.

Cheaters & Criminals!!! I made a reservation for the location for a duration of 6 months, and we came to an verbal agreement that I would make the majority of the payment upfront, with the rest to be paid on a monthly basis. However, not even two weeks later, Roman began demanding more money and reneged on our initial agreement. He continuously made false accusations. Eventually, I made the decision to vacate the premises and requested a refund, but he denied my request. As a result, I took legal action by filing a T1 case against Roman/Sociable Living. After a waiting period of two lengthy years, I emerged victorious in the case (copy attached). Nevertheless, up until the present time, he has failed to fulfill his obligation of paying the owed funds to me. I would never recommend this place as a living option to anyone. Furthermore, I strongly urge potential investors to reconsider engaging in business with an individual who exhibits such a criminal mindset.

Roman rented my house and then started threatening his tenants to leave. He even went as far as physically assaulting his tenant and my father-in-law. Tenants and Landlords, beware of Roman. He is a professional con-man

Roman (manager/owner) is not a trustworthy person. Please talk to him and/or his prior tenants to judge for yourself; before booking a place here.

You will be overcharged, spied on by cleaners, and cursed out by Roman if you rent any of his properties. Never been so uncomfortable in a property in my life. Take some time to do some research, Please! There are much better options if you are trying to save money with roommates. Facebook marketplace for instance. Don't trust all the sites he's had created to prop up his ego, Roman is not a registered real estate agent.

The worst place I've ever been in my entire life! Román is a very deceitful person, he dedicated himself to cursing my entire stay and obtaining extra money based on threats. I booked for a month and a half, and finally I didn't stay more than 30 days, but he kept the full cost of my stay. He scammed me out of ALL the money, and kicked me out of the place for no reason, and he didn't refund me a peso from my stay. He tried at all times to charge me for things that were not charged, the room that I reserved was of course never available, and I had to stay in another. At first he will seem like a nice person, but it is enough to get to know him a little to realize that this is not the case. He is obsessive with money, he takes advantage of international people to do it, PLEASE DO NOT FALL IN THE HANDS OF THIS PERSON, YOU WILL REGRET IT. You can find better alternatives and you will live more peacefully.

This is an absolute wreck of a place that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. The staff were very rude, almost as if we owed them something, and there was trash and used needles all over the residence. There was also a terrible sewage-like smell mixed with the smell of marijuana throughout the entire complex. I wasn't able to stay and had to cancel and move elsewhere. I'm giving one star because that's required to post, but even one star is too much for this absolute dumpster of a place. I would rather sleep in an alley way than this dump.

Horrible service. Avoid at all costs. I paid for a month and didn’t even sleep there 1 night it was so unprofessional. I arrived and my room was completely messy, obviously slept in. They tried to convince me that I had booked the downstairs room but I remembered that I had actually booked a room with a balcony and have text screenshots FROM THEM confirming the room. They then told me to sleep in the downstairs bedroom so that a cleaner could clean the upstairs bedroom. They proceeded to explain that I would have to wash the sheets of the bed I was being forced to sleep in, in the room I did not book. Make the bed and presumably wash the towels I use for the next tenant or pay a $150 cleaning fee. You read that right…. They made a mistake and are asking the customer to do manual labor or pay $150 to fix it. Also, the reservation process is sketchy. I booked and paid, asked for a confirmation email multiple times and did not receive one until I had already arrived…. All a hot mess. Currently requesting a refund as I only took an afternoon nap in the bed and didn’t spend a single night. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. Please please, avoid. I know it’s affordable but there’s a reason why.
