So, Where to begin. Unhealthy living experience, wifi that is never on and barely hits 1mb/s. Stay away if you plan on staying for extended periods and need a beginning to LA. Pros: 1 kitchen 30 people. definitely a pro. TV in living space with roku that uses everyone's profiles to allow access to all subscription services. Update may 1st. No covid policy. The health department has forced them to change it into a duplex so now the place has a giant wall blocking an old stairway. Two different entry points and basically just started changing to how it should have been. The internet is still unreliable and always will be. overall, better but still not worth it. Its a place where you're not getting what you need but its changing. Go at your own risk

Better than sleeping on a park bench.

Not a lot of reviews and one that I read prior to coming. It’s justified if you don’t like the place at first, but I appreciate the ability for someone who is travelling from another country temporarily to rent a monthly stay quickly with decent amenities (and of course in a great city). As a new tenant, I’m happy. Central LA has more character too 😊 haha

I had pretty cool experience at this place to say the least. I had just moved from Texas to the big city and didn’t know where I would move to yet. They made my transition easy with their clean rooms and bathrooms, and convenience to get to the metro station. I made real networking connections there and would recommend for the price 👍🏽 !

Got scammed by the property manager for three deposits($300USD). Stayed for a month and advised the manager when we would be leaving- when we went to check out he wouldn't give us the money we were owed. Besides that, bedsheets irritated all of our skin during the stay. Management was hard to get a hold of, bedding and towels were never switched out. I highly recommend finding somewhere else. Plenty of hotels or other co living spaces that will not scam you.
