I love my stay in this accommodation. Booking and registration process at the hotel is very easy. Very clean and near the train station. My first time traveling to Singapore is very short. Will book this place again when I come back. See you again soon ST Signature Jalan Besar.

Am a returning guest. Top notch location, cold comfy/cozy rooms with very friendly staffs on-site which easily makes ST Signature Jalan Besar becomes our absolute favourite out of all ST locations. Special thanks to Aziz whom is always ready to help us with the check-ins as well!

Excellent location MTR is literally a 1 minute walk away and with the public transport in Singapore being so good you can literally go anywhere from here! Tekka hawker was also within walking distance and you can walk to Marina Bay also esp if you want to view sites on the way and explore the city. Room was well laid out good plugs available and aircon was really good. Shared bathroom was a mixed review. We stayed for 3 nights, 2 of the days they were fine 1 day the showers were very dirty! There's hot water in the showers and decent hair dryers available. There's a good communal area where you can cook/eat food and chill out. Also a drinking water fountain which is super handy!

Staying at this self-check-in hotel was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The seamless and efficient check-in process made arriving a breeze, allowing me to skip the usual lines and paperwork associated with traditional hotels. The intuitive self-service posters and staff guided me through each step, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always available to assist with any queries or requests. Despite the self-check-in model, I never felt like I was lacking in personalized service. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

My husband and I stayed on 27-28 Feb and we never fail to enjoy our stay at ST Signature Jalan Besar. Its now our favourite chill-out place! Great location and easily accessible to great eateries and mustafa center ! We will keep coming back and hope ST Signature can come Up with more promotions for their frequent customers like us :)

I am not tourists. I stayed there 3 weeks during major renovations of my house. I chose to stay there because my cats were boarding at the cat hotel just few shops away. Out of my surprise, it was a pleasant experience. I booked a room with private bath and window, it was spacious and clean. The staffs were friendly and any request could be made through WhatsApp. They partnering with Yume pastry shop, 10% discount by showing the St signature app. Jalan Besar MRT is just 100m away. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience. I did not expect to much with this price just because the Hotel is affordable and next to the MRT . However, the hotel is full of conveniences, clean, modern design with all the process is automatic with online check in and Security Door Key access through A Private App. Their staffs is kindly and professional. A wonderful story is they found out my airpods that I had forgot and immediately contact to me to send it back even though I had left Singapore. I think this is one of the hotel make me feel free and safe. I will come back here next time.
