We had an amazing stay. Our kids really enjoyed the common area and we had so much space in our family room. The hotel was also very conveniently located next to the tram which allowed us to park and explore downtown on foot. Highly recommend this place for families!

The hotel location is very convenient as next to the train station. The digital check-in/ out and digital key went very smoothly. I had to contacted the hotel via Whatsapp and they responded quickly and information was useful. The room is very nice and clean, I really like it especially the movable cupboard unit. The only downside is there is not much choice of places to eat at night. Co-op closes quite early.

Spent 2 nights in this place. Location is great, direct access to the train station, buses, trams and easy to order taxi Wonderful design of the interior, perfect digital solution for room keys, as you open with your iPhone You can get free speakers for your music in the room Amazing place

Top room, super clean and very cozy "lobby" where you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of few hotels in Switzerland where you get value for your money. Thank you Stay KooooK and see you next time.

The check-in process and room access are impressively tech-savvy, making arrival smooth and hassle-free. The rooms are modern, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Transportation to and from the property is very convenient. The common room on the 8th floor is truly a standout — one of the most stunning spaces I’ve ever seen. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Super convenient and would definitely stay there again/recommend ! Great location (3min by train from Bern central station!) and great facilities! Very technological and easy to check in/check out. The studio had a great space, the bed and shower were big and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials (even some coffee/sugar), which was super convenient for us, and there were 2 supermarkets close by.

I have stayed many accomodations during my Honeymoon. I MUST say it was the best accomodation we’ve stayed. very clean and nice people. My wife and me love here. When we come back to Switzland, definietly stay here again. Thank you for everything!!

Modern self contained serviced apartment. Self checkin (24h) was very handy. Electronic locks (via web) for hotel door and appartment door was cool.
