This place is amazing! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the host is very friendly, and the location is perfect. I’ve stayed at a few hotels in Leipzig, and this is definitely my favorite!

I booked the standard room with the queen size bed. It's suitable if you're a solo traveller and it's a short stay. There isn't a lot of place to put your belongings. The bed takes most of the space. If you have luggage and all, the bigger rooms are more suitable. Great location, nice restaurants nearby. Internet connection is very good. Check-in, check-out processes well arranged through the app. If you want a physical room key (card) you can get it near the entrance. Mine didn't work, so I used my phone instead.

I understand that many people give five stars to this hotel. But It may be a bit embarrassing for the people who visit here first time like us. Followings are the tips for those people. 1. Check and read the confirmation e-mail and make advance check-in,if possible. 2. When you arrive the hotel, the door must be closed. You don’t have to take your phone out. Press the button on an inter-phone which you can find at the right hand direction of the door, then it will be open quickly. If you arrive after 6pm, you should go to the night entrance which located a few meters left. 3. When you enter, it is better to make your key cards using self check-in terminal to re-enter the hotel and your room, just input your name and booking ID. To do so, you don’t have to worry about the running out of your phone’s battery. The room was clean and functionally very good with a lot of shelves and mini-kitchen, a MW and a refrigerator.

It’s the new-aged hotel, everything operated through your handy - entering the hotel main entrance and the rooms. A staff is there to answer your enquiry during the day time. Friendly and helpful!

I was very happy with this place. It was close enough to mitte, and near great restaurants. My room was great. No complaints, no notes. Clean and well managed. Free laundry facilities.

I had a great stay at Stay Kooook. I stayed in a studio room for 10 nights, and could happily have stayed for longer with the space and facilities available :-) Digital keys worked well and made it easy for me knowing I would arrive in the middle of the night. The communal areas of the hotel are really comfy - I didn't use them much but often saw people playing games or just hanging out which was nice. There was always someone from the hotel available during the day - I had no issues during my stay but I felt confident I knew where to go/who to contact if I did. Location is fantastic - a short walk or quick tram ride from Hauptbahnhof on a nice road where there are lots of restaurants. Takes a few minutes to walk to any of the main city centre sites, with supermarkets nearby and tram/bus stops to take you wherever else in Leipzig you want to go.

Amazing and creative hotel! While the room was small, they used creative techniques to add everything in a family’s stay, such as a sliding cabinet. Interestingly the bathroom walls were glass and were only coverable by a curtain which made privacy a little difficult. It was also child friendly as they included thing for children. Overall highly recommended!
