I rented it as a work space on a business trip to Kyoto. There were no other users, so it was reserved. Even though the place is registered as a tangible cultural property, you can use it for 2,200 yen a day. I regret that I couldn't take time to relax and look at the garden because I had meetings all day long, but it was a really nice place.

It was a cozy working space with a retro atmosphere. You can see autumn leaves from the window, so it's perfect for visiting in autumn. The staff is also at home and it is a place where you want to come again

During my stay in Kyoto I used this place for about three weeks. It's a great place to experience the atmosphere of an old traditional Japanese building. The surroundings and gardens give a great peaceful view while working. Staff is friendly and always helpful in sharing tips about food and activities in town. Greatly recommended as this is a truly unique co- working space in Kyoto! Thank you Yamaguchi, Akane and Yuki-san!

beautiful coworking space in a 400 year old machiya. calm atmosphere and really nice people! (and also a really cute dog). definitely recommend!
