Firstly, the facilities at The Coh are great: a large modern kitchen with all the necessary kitchen goods you will need; an open living space with sofas so you can relax and chat with the other residents; and a movie room with reclining chairs and projector. There are plenty of designated desk spaces for people working from home, and also a vast collection of board games for when you want to unwind. Importantly, the place is always kept clean and tidy and to a high standard, with cleaners coming in twice a week. The accommodation is really well located: a 20 minute walk from the CBD and 15 minute walk from The University. There are also many independent coffee shops and decent food places nearby. As residents come from all over the world, there are plenty of people up for exploring Auckland and wider New Zealand. From movie marathons to nights out and weekend trips away, there’s plenty of socialising to be done. Ben, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure everyone’s stay is a memorable one. He does a good job of vetting the people living there, and making sure there is a positive house dynamic, which I was very impressed with. I would highly recommend the Coh to anyone moving to Auckland.

The Coh was the absolute best of my time in New Zealand! Everything was on tip top shape, professionally clean, super convenient, and everyone was really friendly. The manager Ben is awesome! I was very sad to leave, but recommend it to all young professionals or older students!

I loved my experience. I intended to be in a co-living space for a few months just to get to know a few folks as I was settling into Auckland but I ended up staying a whole year. Although rooms are small, common areas are always clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. If you are working remotely like I do at the moment, the house has dedicated co-working space that is also sound proof which is a huge plus. Fantastic location as well - walking distance to the CBD, Newmarket, Ponsonby & Mount Eden.

The coh is more than just a coliving space. It really became a home for the 8 months I was there. The place is beautiful, clean, and perfectly situated next to CBD. Everyone is super respectful, and it really creates this beautiful effect of community. The owners are the nicest and always ready to help with anything. The coh is truly a gem in this city 😊

I lived at the Coh for 10 months and had such an amazing time there. It was definitely one of the best decisions I've made during my time in New Zealand. The bedrooms are great. The house is pretty well-maintained, organized, and clean, even though you're living with 20 people. The Coh is 10000/10.

Was a resident at the Coh for two years and absolutely loved it. It is the ideal place to stay short term or otherwise as a gateway for transitioning to staying long term in Auckland. Can't really beat the convenience and friendly folk that you can get at the Coh, 10/10.
