It’s home now, since 3 months. Loving every bit of living here. Few pros for me: super regular socials, great office spaces, gym and the team working here is really helpful and friendly.

Great place, awesome people! The staffs, the environment, the people, just everything. Everyday feels like awesome. I always look forward to the event of the day, meeting someone new. Great place to stay!

Hussain is a topman! I asked for my phone to be charged at his desk. He offered to give me a cable so I could use it at a preferable desk. He realised I did not have a charger and gave a charger for me to take to my room! This happened around 9 pm and he gave me until 2 am to return it, which I guess was his shift end time. Give this man a raise!💪🏻💯❤️

I had a great experience at The Collective Old Oak! The staff were really welcoming and professional. I especially want to highlight Hussain and Olya at reception — they were extremely helpful when I needed assistance and went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted. Their kindness and efficiency made a big difference in my stay. Thank you both for the excellent service!

Very dangerous area!! Had my phone stolen just outside!! Be careful, they incentivise 5* reviews! Not a nice place to live, terribly understaffed and constantly filled with contractors, therefore any real queries can take weeks to resolve as emails go unanswered. If I’d known better I would’ve avoided this place.

A very difficult review!!! In many ways, it's a great place to live, but there are many things that could be improved: Seriousness in cleaning and, above all, supervision by someone who knows what "cleaning" means. I could almost say that kitchen cleaning is okay, but, considering how the cleaning ladies clean the dishwasher, it's unbelievable!!! They throw everything in there, one piece on top of another, until they fill all the available space! Unbelievable! Management support is non-existent... convenient arrangements for the staff... What's keeping me here??? The sauna and gym!! As for everything else, it's not worth it. Terrible organization, starting with the management. The receptionists are really good... I hope they stay working, otherwise they'll have lost the very few people who know what they're doing. My only thanks goes to them.

Ensure you check over the contract!! Was tricked into signing for another room as they insured me that they had put me in the one originally agreed, also this company is terrible at replying, I have been trying for months to rectify this and was met with no response every single time, now they want to engage as I am left with no option than to leave my lease, then they begin to make up false allegations of smoking and littering in an attempt to discredit my character and switch this onto me!
