Living in this apartment has been incredibly frustrating. The rooms are so tightly compressed that it feels more like living in a storage unit than a livable home. On top of that, the receptionists are consistently unhelpful and, frankly, quite dismissive whenever I try to bring up concerns. I've had multiple issues over my time here, none of which have been properly addressed despite sending several emails. It’s incredibly disappointing that there doesn't seem to be a single responsible or competent point of contact to actually resolve anything. This level of service is unacceptable.

Don’t bother going. Booked a viewing for the afternoon which was confirmed, but when I arrived, I was left waiting and then told the person meant to tour me was in training and no one else could show me around, after which I was just handed a card to reschedule online. A waste of time.

We were left with no hot water for 4days, offered no reasonable alternative (we were told we could travel 2miles away to a sisters company and use their shower between 9-5 only) and offered no compensation. There are constantly false fire alarms, and the emails from management are very condescending.

Subject: A Hidden Gem – The Collective Oak I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Collective Oak, formerly known as Old Oak Café, and I must say it's a hidden gem worth discovering! This restaurant serves some of the best grilled chicken I have ever tasted. The half baby chicken on the bone was incredibly soft and succulent, cooked to absolute perfection. The chicken shish was equally impressive, bursting with flavor and tenderness. If you're a fan of crispy chips, you won't be disappointed; they are always served hot and perfectly crispy, adding to the delightful experience of the meal. Abdul and the staff in the kitchen deserve special mention for their exceptional service. They are always helpful and make sure to extend their gratitude, making you feel truly welcomed. The restaurant has a new location called The River Café, with a diverse menu that promises something for everyone. I highly recommend giving it a try—it's truly the best dining experience in NW!

I would like to celebrate and thank Becky Steele (sales) and Lamaya McGarry (credit control) for their help, patience and understanding in managing the process of a close friend joining the Collective. Both have acted with professionalism, patience and compassion. Thank you so much for all your help, it is massively appreciated

Avoid Nash House and its misleading advertisements. Here’s my experience living here: - No one is in charge. - Complete disorganisation. - Unhelpful reception staff. - Laundry facilities are mostly out of order—only 3 of 10 machines work, and they haven’t fixed them in over a month. - People are smoking inside of building, and management is ignoring the issue. Their inaction is putting lives at risk. - They only care about your money. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this place.

A wonderful place with a great location, suitable for living or, if you have your own business and want to rent a workspace, I recommend it. The staff is responsive and friendly.
