Moved in Last Week … very nice House Manager. The furnitures are a bit old, but super clean Apartment. Club House and Gym very cool.

Hansel Überschenke hier and I am not one to make complaint. But for this sake of my nephew I must. He is a very good boy and is not one to make complaint. I am an avuncular uncle to my nephew but I am utterly vexed. VEXED! and angry. No Wi-Fi! No Wi-fi for my nephew and his studies. A tiny small room for my tall boy. The use of the common kitchen has left him distressed in the gastro intestinal region. No Wi-fi!! Not Good H Ü

The fizz is pretty sweet—the rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, and it’s easy to meet new people during the events they set up. Patrick in particular always goes the extra mile (kilometer?). Can’t recommend enough

I’ve been living here throughout my uni years and I have to say that this place has been a great home. The spaces are new and really comfortable, when compared to other options in Berlin it’s a nice opportunity. The staff is amazing, they’re always considerate and friendly, I’ve never had any issues with anyone. There have been no problems with any appliances or furniture in the room ever, and even for the slightest inconvenience, there is a Fizz service that will take care of everything free of charge. The Fizz is constantly updating their spaces and services, and this is something that gives us tenants the opportunity to also put in requests and ideas for future changes. I would highly recommend this student accommodation to anyone looking to have a great, safe and problem free experience in Berlin! I have been really happy here :)

⭐️A very good accommodation space for students, especially if you are just starting out your life in Berlin. The community is great, the working students are kind and friendly and the house managers are quick and reliable. The location is also great, being located really close to all the hotspots of Berlin. Compared to the other student housing services, The Fizz Berlin is a cut above the rest. ⭐️

The team’s excellent coordination and communication gave us confidence from the start. The facilities are modern, safe, and thoughtfully designed for young adults. I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn't for my rent going up by +250 bucks. However, after 3 years of tenancy here, I can, without a doubt, admit that my apartment was absolutely amazing/perfect. The set furniture was modern, simple, and functional, which made my living experience very comfortable. The location of The FIZZ is also perfect in itself: the street view is not too loud (compared to other busy streets), the local area is not too dirty, nor too modern—it's simply clean and well-settled. Grocery stores are about 10-15 minutes walking distance, and the closest U-Bahn (line 8) gives you direct access to the center of Berlin (Alexanderplatz). Having friends and family visit was always convenient because The FIZZ is situated in the heart of Berlin, with all the main tourist attractions just a short distance away. Also, if you want your deposit to survive, take good care of your walls, bathroom, and furniture. If regular cleaning isn’t your thing, you are doomed. Thank you the FIZZ for this exclusive housing experience.
