It is a very nice dormitory but it’s a bit expensive. But i still recommend it to anyone who is looking for a safe, clean, fun and friendly atmosphere.

If this place would have been a song - it would be "Three Days Grace - I hate everything about you". The worser service is just impossible to be even imagined. . Windows outside are broken for almost half a year. Internet is really bad, slow, included to your rent payment and not working and will be the same according to the inside info at least till 2024. Permanent loud parties in the garden, even during the COVID -19, more than 20 people and 0 reaction from the management on that - all the say is "reach out to police or security company". I did, btw they do not give the contact numbers of the security company to all tenants. And security company is not there all of the time. It is exist (as it written on the website) but not here most of the days. The house manager ignore any single complaint and attack you personally if you try to ask him to solve a problem - find his email attached (completely agree with all the complaints about him posted in the previous reviews). He manipulates with personnel and ask them to solve the problems on the personal level with tenants and they do because they are afraid to be fired. He also will charge you unfairly the most he can out of your >1500 Euros deposit if he just does not like you. That is a reason a lot of tenants are afraid to write here (trust me I did ask them to do so). It is even worser if you are a girl or not German, don't even try if you are both - he will say something like "maybe you need to change the place to live in, if it does not work for your lifestyle". And about changing - the contract is almost impossible to get rid of. They will decline any "Nachmieter" because of the rules they have come up with, after you send them a candidate. Check the contract they send you - it has "to decline without explanation" statement. And this is basically how they will provide ALL the services to you. The main office is unreachable most of the time. I got only 1 reply from them during almost 3 years of living here and it was kinda "we are not going to do anything" one. 700 Euros for 20m2 for this is ... I would say never again. I have also attached several emails that i received from the Fizz team.For any proves/ The Fizz original email resends - do not hesitate to write me an email. I can resend the original emails from the company employees. I do have proves to all my words. I also attached some reviews from other people who afraid to be mentioned due to the problem I have mentioned above with the deposit, but if you write me directly I can give you their contacts and you can ask them personally. Even if The Fizz House Manager Patrick will charge me the whole my deposit for nothing - such companies should not get new tenants and somebody should finally say that. If you still want to live here - make sure you have a good layer who can help you to get anything of the services they promised to provide. For example parties fee/ community fees - there were none of them for the last year due to COVID but we have still payed for them. There were several complaints but the company ignored them, as always, and still has charged tenants for "providing events" during COVID. If you think you can get your money back - stay away from this place. It was like 7 online yoga classes in 2020 and the fee is around 300 Euros for new tenants. Just do not forgot the fact that you cannot even attend normally those classes due to the awful internet connection. Contact me for any further details and do not repeat my mistake of signing the contract with this company. *P.S. They have continuely report this comment to Google FOR YEARS to be deleted every time it gets new like. Which only proves that it’s true. And no honest feedback is welcomed by this company. I remove the pics here and wish good luck the company to improve their services and personal values instead of playing dirty marketing.

Very gray, and unfortunately I got one of the rooms facing directly towards an office building so privacy and natural light were things I had to choose between everyday. Some nice staff, esp the ones managing facilities/mechanical stuff and cleaning.. they were kind. Overall the building felt sterile but at least they had free candy in the lobby.

I’ve had great memories at this place and it has truly been my home away from home for 3 years. The community is fantastic and I’ve made lifelong friends. The space is always clean and the house manager Patrick has always been helpful to me. Even during Covid everything was handled very well and the spaces were taken care of. Any house has its issues but whenever theres an issue here Patrick or Jens are always there to fix any problem.

The staff at this accommodation is incredibly friendly and helpful. They organize enjoyable social events that provide an opportunity to meet other residents. The location of the accommodation is also excellent, and the facilities are fully equipped. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

The Fizz Berlin is more than just a home, it's a vibrant community that brings people together. I spent the last 6 years here and had the best time ever. The people here are super nice , our house manager is always trying to support tenants and making sure that everyone feels at home. I definitely recommend this place for students that are looking for a comfortable and cozy place that has an active fun community.

Best student dorms I have ever stayed at!!! The prices are great, considering how perfect the rooms are. They have all the necessary furniture for a student. The bed was really really comfortable, it was soft and comforting. The toilet was like a throne, the second I sat on it I felt like the king of the castle. I quite honestly spent at least 5 hours a day in there, it was that comfortable. All in all I would recommend it to all my friends.
