The fizz is pretty sweet—the rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, and it’s easy to meet new people during the events they set up. Patrick in particular always goes the extra mile (kilometer?). Can’t recommend enough

I’ve been living here throughout my uni years and I have to say that this place has been a great home. The spaces are new and really comfortable, when compared to other options in Berlin it’s a nice opportunity. The staff is amazing, they’re always considerate and friendly, I’ve never had any issues with anyone. There have been no problems with any appliances or furniture in the room ever, and even for the slightest inconvenience, there is a Fizz service that will take care of everything free of charge. The Fizz is constantly updating their spaces and services, and this is something that gives us tenants the opportunity to also put in requests and ideas for future changes. I would highly recommend this student accommodation to anyone looking to have a great, safe and problem free experience in Berlin! I have been really happy here :)

⭐️A very good accommodation space for students, especially if you are just starting out your life in Berlin. The community is great, the working students are kind and friendly and the house managers are quick and reliable. The location is also great, being located really close to all the hotspots of Berlin. Compared to the other student housing services, The Fizz Berlin is a cut above the rest. ⭐️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Great Start for Independent Living As parents, we were naturally concerned when our child moved away from home for the first time. But The FIZZ made the transition smooth and reassuring. The team’s excellent coordination and communication gave us confidence from the start. The facilities are modern, safe, and thoughtfully designed for young adults. We’re truly satisfied and grateful — The FIZZ is a perfect first step toward independence. – Happy parents

I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn't for my rent going up by +250 bucks. However, after 3 years of tenancy here, I can, without a doubt, admit that my apartment was absolutely amazing/perfect. The set furniture was modern, simple, and functional, which made my living experience very comfortable. The location of The FIZZ is also perfect in itself: the street view is not too loud (compared to other busy streets), the local area is not too dirty, nor too modern—it's simply clean and well-settled. Grocery stores are about 10-15 minutes walking distance, and the closest U-Bahn (line 8) gives you direct access to the center of Berlin (Alexanderplatz). Having friends and family visit was always convenient because The FIZZ is situated in the heart of Berlin, with all the main tourist attractions just a short distance away. Also, if you want your deposit to survive, take good care of your walls, bathroom, and furniture. If regular cleaning isn’t your thing, you are doomed. Thank you the FIZZ for this exclusive housing experience.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I chose this place because I’m studying in Berlin and already had to survive on hostels and short-term subletting. The neighbors consist mostly of partying exchange students. There’s a clubhouse in the courtyard where parties til midnight are held frequently, occasionally til 2-3 am. There’s a concierge service that deals with receiving your mails etc which is operated by students, and unfortunately, the employees are mostly of the partying kind. This means, pretty much no one cares about any of the house rules. And if they hold a grudge, they might try to withhold your mail. I had this issue especially with Marie and Kleo. When you complain about the lack of respect for the rule or misconduct of the employees, you will be ambushed by Mazur who will tell you to move somewhere else if the lifestyle of this place is not right for you. I’ve seen this in other comments about this place, I found it funny how blatant they still try to gaslight people. The room is okay, but there’s no ventilation for the stove. Internet is terribly slow. Even with the recent upgrade, speedtest reports 100mbp/s but it’s still not enough to stream a YouTube video in decent resolution. The only good thing is that you can book a room pretty straightforward.

It’s a nice dormitory in the center of Berlin. Rooms are decent enough, especially if you are a student. However, considering the current prices, the dormitory is a bit expensive.
