This was, without a doubt, the worst room I’ve ever seen. The mattress was absolutely disgusting—stained, filthy, and clearly not cleaned or maintained in years and to make matters worse, they charge an outrageous amount of ₹40,000 a month. It was the kind of condition that makes you question whether the room is ever properly cleaned. Sleeping on it felt impossible, and I couldn’t believe the management thought this was acceptable for guests. No amount of other amenities could make up for the sheer level of neglect. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay elsewhere!

After staying for ~ 3 Years, I can definitely call it home. With bag full of memories and helpful people. I guess if you are looking for a safe place in the heart of the city with great proximity to Churchstreet or Cubbon road where you can breathe some fresh air, you must consider this.
