Stayed at the Nate for three months, the location is decent, just a couple minutes away from Jordan MTR, and easy to access various restaurants and/or supermarkets. Need to tap the card before coming in, very secure. Service is great, they all have positive vibes and make the room and place clean all the time. The room design is also a reason why I chose to stay at the Nate; cozy and a very instagrammable space. People living at the Nate are also very chill and nice and will make great relationships. The price is slightly high, though it is reasonable.

Very good location. 3mins away from Jordan MTR and 10mins away from tst station with plenty of malls inbetween. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The smallest room is indeed very small but liveable if staying alone. The only issue is laundry. There are 4 dryers and washers free to use. But they’re always in use. Might be a very troublesome experience if you have a lot of laundry. Nearest laundromat is 4min away next to Jordan station The ‘queen’ Bed is two single beds side by side with an awkward gap inbetween. There’s a topper on top of it to mitigate the gap but you can still feel it.

Stayed for 7 months. Would recommend. Always clean, new decors, great and service. Flexible tenancy. A little pricey in comparison to usual hence why I moved but otherwise great

Pros: For the price, location and services provided, The Nate is definitely worth staying at especially if you're looking for a short-term rental option. I stayed for 30 days and was really pleased to be able to get everything I needed with a 5-min walk. The staff were extremely helpful too. If you cook for yourself often, the kitchen is handy! Cons: The smallest room is pretty small and I needed to step on a small couch cum step platform to get onto the bed - this got pretty tiring after awhile. The "double" bed was 2 smaller beds parked together so there was a gap in the middle and was not very comfortable. They added a mattress protector which helped only slightly.

Rooms are clean and upmarket. The common areas are spacious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I never had an issue😊 The beds are extremely comfy and supported my back, I have back issues so it helped!

Great place to stay. Look is very chic and sophisticated. Rooms have a ton of storage too and roof top is lovely to just chill. Location is super convenient and staff extra helpful.

I loved staying at the Nate! The service apartment is near Jordan MTR station and close to many shops and restaurants. The common kitchen and lounge area is nice, and the same goes for the rooftop. But what really stood out to me is the design of the guestrooms. The room is modern, functional and so comfortable. And the staff is friendly and helpful too. One of the best places to stay in HK!

Staying at The Nate is probably the best decision I made when moving to Hong Kong for work. Studios are modern & well designed to maximize the given space. Common areas were also relatively well equipped, with the rooftop being my favourite spot (you get a good glimpse of the city skyline). It is also very conveniently located; just a short walk to Jordan MTR & a 10-15min walk to the picturesque dockside. There are also plenty of food options in the area; you will be spoilt for choice. Above all, the community fostered was the highlight of my time there - they made the city feel more like home. Big thanks to the in-house staff team who were always ready to assist us/open to the feedback from the residents, incl our ideas for community events. Highly recommended!
