TRC has been my home for the last 3 years. I arrived thinking it would be a few months, but the coexistence and facilities convinced me to extend my stay. Ideal for those who have just arrived in Madrid and want to meet people and live in a place where everything is ready to just arrive with your suitcase.

TRC is the best thing that has happened to me in Madrid. Once you discover the concept of co-living you won't want to change. Living in a big city is very difficult but with the solution proposed by TRC, there are all advantages. I live on the fourth floor and while it is true that climbing so many stairs can be exhausting, the views from my rooftop make up for it. Tell me who has the privilege of living in a place like this in Madrid without leaving their entire payroll in the process? I like that if you feel like being alone you can do it and if you feel like partying you can always join any plan that all the tenants of the building propose. There are no grumpy neighbors who don't say hello, there are friends with whom you can chat and have a wine after work. I've been here for a year and although there are always things that can be improved, with a little patience and kindness, the experience is a 10.

I 100% recommend The Residential Club. When I moved to Madrid I was looking for a place to live with people from different places who were at the same point in life as me and finding this co-living was the best. We share time together in the events that they hold monthly and the facilities are good, rooms with private bathrooms and enabled common areas. I recommend it to everyone who wants to live an enriching experience. Their Instagram is theresidentialclub, where they publish all the events they hold.

I lived at The Residential Club for more than a year and it was an experience that I will always remember. They offer an alternative to sharing a flat, with some extras that make arriving in the city easier, such as managing supplies or cleaning and maintenance services. The common spaces are also an extra that help you get to know the rest of the community. But above all I highlight the people I met there. It helped me a lot to come to the city and have a community with which I could socialize and share my leisure time. From this experience I took many friends, some of them for life.

Don't be fooled: this site is nothing like the photos and what they sell in their marketing campaign. Most of the 5 star reviews are from the first people who moved in and workers, and paid less than what is asked now, they had special treatment. Heating regulated by them at minimum temperatures when the temperature in Madrid was -4 degrees on the street, noise at all hours (caused by the same small group that continually went out partying and came back thinking they lived alone in the building), difficulty working In the coworking area, people had parties every weekend or even during the week and in the patio as if no one was working or had to rest to get up early the next day. I remind you that these are people 25+ years old, not university students. We spent a week without the plugs in the room working. If you want to participate in an event, you have to pay your part (as if we weren't already paying enough). We were a couple living in the largest room ("suite" as they called it) and they charged us a whopping €950 a month, €200 extra for being a couple when everything was individual: a tiny bathroom for two, a closet single for two, a single desk for two, we had to hang the clothes inside the room, we literally couldn't fit. They should not continue offering this space for couples because you cannot live like this. The kitchen for three is quite small, so you can imagine for four. We lived on the ground floor and the wall of our room faced a common area, so when they started having parties in the patio and played the music there, it seemed like our room was going to blow up and we had to go. The only good thing about this place are the common areas in which, although they do not have (or did not work) heating, you could spend a night watching movies or working in the coworking, very necessary to get out of your room for a while. In addition, the location is very good, next to Bravo Murillo, with shops and supermarkets nearby. The man who makes the arrangements in the rooms is the best, and the cleaner is also very friendly. In short, if you can't find anything else and you need to move to Madrid as soon as possible, you could spend a few months in TRC, but if you can go somewhere else, I would recommend it.

My experience at TRC was incredible, this is mainly due to the people I met there who became great friends. The coliving environment is great for meeting people, since there are constant events that allow socialization between us since they are very useful instances to get to know each other. I can say that in general there is an excellent atmosphere in the coliving, which makes life in Madrid very bearable and pleasant for the people who come to the city. The coworking room is perfect for those who telework and the patio is great for barbecues. Personally, my room was also very good in terms of space and comfort. I 100% recommend this coliving and if I returned to Madrid I would stay here again anyway.

I have been living in TRC for two years and I would like to share my experience. First of all, I want to highlight that the coexistence was very positive at first but then the workers began to join the meetings and always join dinners, meetings of friends... which causes trust between people to be distorted. . I find it necessary to point out some negative aspects regarding the organization of TRC. First of all, I am disappointed that during my stay I shared space with people over 35 years old and colleagues who do not have jobs. Although diversity can be enriching, I believe that the management of residents' profiles should be clearer and more transparent since their networks and marketing do not say that. Additionally, I was disappointed that expectations of certain amenities and services were not met. An example is the cleaning that leaves a lot to be desired and another aspect is the breach of contract that they do what they want since we all signed conditions that were later not met, such as weekly cleaning or events that are increasingly rare. Despite the aspects mentioned, I am grateful for the relationships I was able to establish during my stay. RESPONSE TO YOUR ANSWER: I appreciate your dedication in the response. Since you are commenting on the issue of family reviews, I inform you that it was my sister, who has been in the building as a guest and knows perfectly well how it works. What is unethical is that Omar and Nicolás, as an employee and CEO of the company, publish reviews saying that they have been great.
