We were here on a two-week English language & culture course in 2020. I was confused by the fact that the children were divided into groups not according to their knowledge of English, but according to their age. My stay at this establishment left a good impression. Although there were really troubles with the cleanliness of the rooms, and it seems the cleaning lady may have stolen our money. There’s a very lovely library on the -2 floor, with fascinating books that you can get lost in for hours. The food is quite tasty, although they use disposable dishes in the dining area, which leaves a less-than-favorable impression. The service isn’t very attentive; we booked a transfer for a group, but the staff mixed up the dates, and we had to reach our destination with three transfers. The teachers at the school are very nice — my instructor, when introducing us to English culture, even brought crackers and jam on her own initiative, which is traditionally eaten with two toasts during brunch. Her attention to detail and passion for teaching is admirable. She didn’t strictly control the learning process, everything was quite relaxed, and we had more fun than actual studying — whether that’s a plus or minus, you decide. An atmospheric place with its quirks.

The manager of this apartment told me that if you write not good comments on Google, you will not rent any student apartment. My room has been without electricity for three times, and all the food in the refrigerator is broken. I can't turn on the heating in cold winter. Sleeping in the freeze room, without any staff to help, even refused to fix for me. Yelling at me was very rude and racist. When I told the manager about it, the manager thought they were right. Please don't choose this apartment. You will find the manager's room has no electricity for many times, and the staff are very rude. They won't tell me that there is a primary school nearby. The children play outside from morning to night. It is very noisy, even if I live on the fifth floor. I suffer from noise every day, and the manager will not change rooms. Please don't reply to my contact email when this apartment sees the comments. I have contacted you many times and can't solve the problem at all. I emailed the manager many times to talk with her, but she refused. She also asked the front desk to tell me the wrong time. I pushed everything away and waited at home for her all day without seeing her. The worst student apartment
