I have never posted a Google review, this will be the first. That’s how much I don’t recommend this hotel, and how upsetting my experience was. Full review below but in short: Bug infested beds. Atrocious customer service. Stay away. ————— I booked a suite and an exec room for a family vacation. Checked into find 15+ tiny spiders crawling across beds in BOTH rooms. Flustered, I told the front desk. To which Miriam at the front desk said “it is the season for [the spiders].” No apologetic behavior. It seems the health standards at this hotel accepts infested beds as long as its bug season. The hotel offered to deep clean the rooms and move the non-suite room to a different room. We initially agreed, but after rechecking the room, we felt we couldn’t sleep in the rooms. We felt too traumatized by the image of bugs in the beds. Francesco at the front desk kindly told us that he understood and that he would cancel the reservation for us. We thanked him, booked a different hotel, and checked out. Six days later, the hotel reaches back out saying they will only give a PARTIAL REFUND because we initially agreed to the deep room cleaning. Would cleaning bug infested rooms not be a given? How can a hotel not refund the guest for providing beds below health standards, not to mention the verbal agreement to cancel the reservation. I falsely believed that the front desk remotely had a conscious and would honor their verbal agreement. You may not get a bug infested bed, but if you remotely have problems with this hotel, know they won’t honor your agreements and don’t expect refunds for problems that the hotel caused. Stay far away, it’s not remotely worth it.

Style over substance, pool closed when should be open, sole reason we stayed here as well. Room only had one super soft pillow each, couldn’t support neck, asked for a harder one that didn’t arrive, we then complained and were told housekeeping had left. Received a second super soft pillow each at 9 am next morning and told only one type of pillow. Housekeeping noisy at 9 am. Poor sleep experience and over priced.

- Do not be mistaken this is a property that caters mainly to “instagramable” students having dorms and also some hotel style rooms. Our room was a bit small and basic and the soundproofing was nonexistent, which is troublesome since the room was facing a street with heavy traffic. Also the bed (the main purpose of the room) had an extremely uncomfortable mattress filled with lint that you could see and feel through the linens. Overall a bad experience if you consider the hefty price you pay at this property. - the gym is well equipped and both the gym and the bar have amazing views overlooking florence

Stayed in a single economy room for 2 nights. This place did everything right. They have a smoothie bar / coffee shop where you can get healthy snacks , rooftop gym (was top notch) great equipment and space. and the rooftop pool and cocktail bar was an amazing view Highly recommend, and I’ll Come back every time I’m in Florence

Unfortunately, they don’t have any tolerance or understanding of the customers’ situations. I have booked two rooms, and for unfortunate personal reasons, we had to cancel the whole trip. I truly understand that the booking was non-refundable, but sometimes there are exceptions. All other bookings were returned (flight tickets, hotels, train tickets), and they were on the same condition (non-refundable), but I really appreciate their understanding, except for this hotel, which cares about its profit only, not its reputation. I informed them almost one week before the arrival date; they were going to have enough time to rebook the rooms for someone else, but they chose to reject the refund and keep my reservation that they know I’m not going to come.

Super cute hotel, very helpful staff, and a wonderful location. There’s a tram station right outside of the hotel which makes getting to and from the main train station SUPER easy. Rooftop bar is a bit pricey, but the staff up there makes great conversation.

Only 3 star because the food was disappointing. We ordered room service for a seafood risotto and crispy chicken burger, the food arrived lukewarm! The risotto was blend and the size of the chicken was underwhelming. It was half the size of the bun. They definitely need more work in the restaurant. Otherwise the stay was as expected.

Great location, friendly staff, however, the rooms were small, and the windows were chained shut. Definitely an antisocial, social hub everyone that wasn't staff were not friendly. Lots of drinks to choose from, but the roof top patio wasn't open during the day to enjoy your cappuccino with a great view as advertised.
