The hotel has an excellent location, close to the train station and right in front of bus and tram stops. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The hotel offers one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. The building is historic, which adds to its charm, and it has several elevators to access the different areas. The only issue is that the signage is not very clear and can be a bit confusing—I got lost a few times trying to find the exit. The only downside was the checkout time—9 a.m. is extremely unreasonable. Other than that, the stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend this place.

📍 Location The location is excellent, perfectly connected and very convenient for exploring the city. 🤝 Service Service and staff attention were excellent. The team was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. 🎨 Hotel Design & Atmosphere The hotel features a modern and attractive design, with well-thought-out spaces and a great “photo moment” that sets a positive tone to start your trip. 🛏️ Rooms Unfortunately, the rooms were the biggest disappointment. While they could have been good, they are clearly neglected and poorly maintained. Power sockets were loose and coming out of the wall, forcing you to choose between charging your phone or turning on the bedside lamp. The lamp was essential, as the room lighting is extremely dim, even at maximum brightness, making it very hard to see at night. There were several other broken or poorly maintained elements, such as damaged electrical sockets, light bulbs that had not been replaced, a broken shower tray, and a shower handle in poor condition. Overall, there is a clear lack of attention to detail, giving the impression that the focus is on maximizing profit rather than maintaining room quality. It feels as though, when converting the property from a student residence into a hotel, many necessary renovations were overlooked. Additionally, although the bed itself was comfortable, the fitted sheets were too small, causing them to come off during the night and leaving you sleeping directly on the mattress. 💰 Value for Money It is a real shame, because for the price paid, the quality does not meet expectations nor what is promised. With better maintenance and attention to detail, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

Amazing experience. Comfortable, modern hotel with super clean and big rooms. The bed was big and comfortable, the shower was spacious and had good pressure of water. The hotel facilities were very nice and modern. They have self check-in what makes it very easy and fast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel. A special design. Rooms a bit small bit well organised. Bed perfect...comfortable. Shower is a pleasure. But room a bit cold...and not possible adjust the temperature. Nice coffee machine.

The entire experience at The Social Hub was fantastic. The rooftop bar is absolutely amazing with incredible views, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Our daytime bartender, Massimo, was incredibly helpful and made the experience comfortable and fun. The evening staff Pablo, Mateo, and Emad was just as great and did not disappoint. And the espresso martini was amazing. We truly loved our time here and would absolutely come back.

The hotel was really nice, it’s 10 minutes away from the Center through tram, 10 minutes away from the Santa Maria Novelle train station that connects everywhere. The rooms were clean, comfortable and also we really liked the gym and the complimentary laundry room. The improvement point would be a Sauna, steamer at the room, some detergent for the laundry room and also water at the gym.

This is definitely my new favorite hotel. They have very nice, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, awesome coworking spaces and apparently free laundry. The food and drinks were great, and who could say that when they work out they can have the view of the duomo or the whole city of Firenze, for that matter? And with that, you need to make sure that you go up to see the rooftop pull and bar. It's close to everything. And a lot of the tourist spots are walking distance away. So I basically walked to everything when I was there. Hint: Just put Ponte Vecchio, on Google Maps and on the way there you will hit most of the main tourist attractions. Have fun! 😊

The location was great and the service was good. However, the hotel is in a century old building where there are a lot problems with the rooms. The air conditioning was simply not working at all, and we ended up open the windows for fresh air to sleep. Soundproofing doesn’t exist at all, it was very noisy not only from the outside but also from the corridor side. It was a pretty bad sleep 😴
