Centrally located at the train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent size room with a comfortable bed and bathroom . Good buffet breakfast. One ommission, no safe in the room

We had a great stay. Got welcomed with prosecco and left with a coffee on the house. Room was clean and as described. Coffee & tea available. Amazing view

The Social Hub Eindhoven is amazing! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a studio with a kitchenette—it was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the view from the room is just fantastic. Also, the meals at the hotel are excellent. Every single employee was wonderful. I can't wait for the chance to be a guest at The Social Hub again!

As the reviews already say, the rooms should absolutely be cleaner! The lightswiches, mirrors and the remote were all stained, I touched the desk light switch with a paper tissue only. The charging cube was straight sticky, I had to wash my hands after touching it. Would also never use the teapot and glasses, they were so dusty Idk how long they just sit there without being cleaned. Dust was an overall problem in the room, when I packed my laptop after the stay (1night!), it already had a significant layer of dust on it. That was not normal. Probably the carpets don't get vacuumed and hold months or years of dust, thats the only explanation I have for this. Didn't dare to use the shower then because it had a nature stone wall and ground you generally can't see any stains on, so I feared that these were maybe also never cleaned at all. The windows are almost not transparent anymore!! I give one star for the room because the bed was nice and comfy but the rest is just an imposition. The sheer amount of dust also shows that this can't be a 'today's problem'. Something is going really wrong there. The staff was very nice and friendly tho, the place itself is really cool! Would like to come back but to clean rooms. Really hope they take all the reviews seriously and fix that!

I wish I had read the negative reviews related to stay. The price is really pretty expensive compared to the quality. Our company visit Eindhoven quite often and I will not recommend it. The hotel uses the environment as an excuse to not clean the room. Hair on the bathroom floor. They say to leave the towel on the floor if you want it to be changed, but the same towel was there on the floor during my three night stay. The window is very dirty so you can’t enjoy the view. The room looked bigger in the photos. The office/working area is quite noisy with the music and when I asked the reception if they can reduce the volume, they said they have a policy on that. The reception people sound just like robots and machines with no expressions. The restaurant staff were nicer though.

Very good location. Close to mayor things.Lot of bars and restaurants in the nearby. Very polite and helpful service and personal(Kim is the best). I would always recommend this place for your stay in Eindhoven!!!🫡🥂

Yesterday, I checked into this hotel and complained about an inconvenience I encountered in my room. Surprisingly, the staff responded quickly and kindly. This place is not only great in its location, but also has excellent staff. I've had many happy memories here.
