Very safe and secure accommodation at ideal location. Management team is very friendly and supportive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Fellow residents are very welcoming as well. By far the best place I looked at during my time in UK. I 100% recommend to at lease view and consider The Studios before you finalise your accommodation.

Nice and safe accommodation, ideal for short-term stays. However, like other reviews, I incurred unexpected deductions for minor "damages" (marks/dents/scratches) that seemed pre-existing, including charges for an item I never even touched during my entire stay. I find it hard to believe that full replacement item charges are necessary (or are they replacing these items on each instance) for "damages" that have no effect on the items functionality or purpose. If a table or chair was broken and unusable, that would be more understandable but this was never the case. The move-in process felt rushed, and the importance of documenting any damages on the inventory checklist wasn't clearly explained. I urge future tenants to be thorough in this regard, so you do not get stung like me or any others.

Felt 100% safe and secure during my stay at the studios (1.2 years). The team were friendly and supportive, the newsletter and facilities were great and I met some wonderful friends there. It was serviced, heating included and my room cleaned every 2-weeks which was great. As a gym goer, I appreciated the free gym facility - often walking past other people in the bar having a pint. There's something for everyone. Would recommend 100%.

Stayed at TheStudios for six months , a throughly enjoyable experience. Great ,friendly ,extremely helpful staff made me feel comfortable and made a lot of good friends. Loved it !

I moved out had my inspection with Dave No deductions all good im happy leave willing to leave good review until I get a suspicious email the next day from Donna saying they did another inspection without me there for some strange reason why woild you need to do it again? where they are now deducting 150 from my deposit for damages of items which is laughable as the marks they are highlighting are about £5 worth of marks and were there when I moved in. Plus the marks would come under wear and tear as confirmed by my solicitor and either way still havnt received any of my deposit back, recieved no emails back no response so next legal action as next step.

Would not recommend, the kitchen was always dirty and even though I sent emails, nothing was done. The apartment hallway smelt funky. Room is cleaned every two weeks by housekeeping staff but if you miss one week, then they will come inspect your room like you're a junky. Plus they deducted £60 from a few chips on a table. Still salty about it so don't be like me and write every single thing default on the inventory.

The Studios was all I expected and more. Fantastic accommodation that anyone can live in. Great location in the city centre, amazing staff and top notch facilities/amenities. Definitely one of the best places I’ve lived in the UK. Totally recommend it.

This is a good place to live for anyone needing all-inclusive accommodation in Wolverhampton. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the restaurant/bar is lovely and affordable. And the accommodation itself for a 1 off payment per month is good value for money. Thanks to the staff for making my stay here a pleasant one.
