*Six months stay review* The most convenient stay in Wolverhampton! It's like a hotel! Room: Small room with quality furniture. My room had a long desk and big wardrobe. The windows don't open much due to safety reasons. Comfortably warm in winter but too warm in summer. Plenty of storage. Plates and cutleries provided. No power outlet in the bathroom though! Kitchen: Shared among six residents. I found the kitchen to be empty most of the time. Deep cleaned every two weeks. Two ovens, two chimneys, two sinks, and many storage cabinets. One dining table with four chairs. Housekeeping: The rooms and bathrooms are lightly cleaned every two weeks. The schedule is displayed on notice boards at each floor. I got accustomed to the crisp, white bed linens and squeaky clean bathrooms. Staff: Very professional and transparent. They keep their words and maintain integrity. Twice I had forgotten my access keycard in my room, and the staff at reception escorted me to my room. Couldn't hope for anything better. Wi-Fi: At the start of my stay, internet speeds were below average, and insufferably slow at times. But recently they upgraded their service provider, and then Wi-Fi was noticeably better and stable. Laundry: Washing machines and dryers are in the ground floor, common for residents. It is not included in your rent. It will be pay per use, and the prices are reasonable. Mails and couriers: Package/courier received at reception. It is a huge advantage and an underrated feature. Lounge: Lively in the evenings, and calm in the day. Great space for office work and hangout with friends. There's a bar, a pool table, a foosball table, table tennis, board games, books, outdoor seating. Gym: Good enough for an average person. Missing some heavy equipments. Kept clean and ventilated. Exit procedure: You have to mail a month before you plan to leave. On your leaving day, the maintenance staff will inspect your room- all drawers and cabinets opened; items counted; mattress inspected. Deposit will be returned in five working days. They will retain your mails for 30 days or return to sender, your choice.

I spent six months living in the Studios. It had nice rooms, friendly staff and great facilities on top of being in a good location close to the city centre. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Wolverhampton.

A great place to live, comfortable rooms, security 24/7, great location and the common areas are always kept clean. I lived there for a year and a half and I have zero complaints. The staff is lovely and friendly, the cleaning service is immaculate. I fully recommend staying here. Thank you for everything!

I lived at the studios for a long time and the memories I’ve made here have been incredible. You’ll meet so many likeminded people, and some completely different from yourself and that’s what makes the place so unique. The facilities are a great bonus but it’s the people and the staff that make it a fantastic place to live and you’ll get something here that you won’t find easily elsewhere in communal living. I won’t ever forget my time here and I’ll always look back at it fondly.
