Extremely nasty living space. Horrible smells on every level (including kitchen that always have bugs). The Landlord Lies about the cleanliness and “weekly housecleaning”. The landlord is very passive about handling serious community/resident concerns. The community is unsafe and made of cliques (people who’ve been there for a while, and new people). Residents may be subject to sexual harassment, mental/verbal abuse. The leadership of Hive is made up of untrained, unprofessional staff. It is not worth joining the community. Use your money wisely by finding a safe and reliable living space.

My time at Hive was immensely rewarding, and I have greatly valued the opportunities to live and grow there. Some incredible things about Hive: professional networking, community, friendships, international people, events, location, great management! I will come back as soon as I can.

Hive is such a wonderful community! The team are great at what they do, and they're somehow able to consistently put together a group of people who get along well and build each other up. Few residences are as well-utilized for the benefit of the residents as this one.

Great place to move to, especially if you don't know anyone in SF! Its a very easy way to meet a lot of other young people.

Instant friends. Quiet hours are adhered to. Never had to wait for a bathroom, shower, or sink.

Worst service ever received. In my experience, they joked with me. I did the interviews and everything, and they told me that they were going to send me the contract but it never arrived. When I called them, it was a 30 min call where they tried to find excuses: since they weren’t giving me any reason, I was proposing random excuses to see how they would have reacted and they always said “ oh yes this is the reason” then I showed them that that reason wasn’t neither logic nor true and I proposed another fake one and again they said “ oh yes this is the true one sure sorry” but again I was proposing random and fake reasons to see how they reacted, and indeed they continue to make fun of me. In the end, 2 days before the departure they told me that I didn’t have a place at their building. I didn’t live inside in the building, but for sure I won’t neither in future.

Amazing nine months lived at Tribe Coliving! I moved to SF not knowing anyone in the city, when I arrived at Tribe the community greeted me with lots of love and showed me around all the gems in town. Great place to find people from all over the world, meditation buddies, book recommendation, networking channels, and even someone to walk or talk to. The gym, Coworking space, theater and kitchen are a huge plus!!! Makes life that much easier when you’re working from home or in hybrid mode. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to live and connect with multiple cultures. Tribe helped me develop lifetime friendships in a city that I knew nobody. San Francisco is a great place to live and Tribe Coliving is great place to grow!
