Honestly, my experience with Tripalink has been really smooth so far. I love my room (Very new, clean, private bathroom and decent basic furniture) The kitchen facilities are really more than appreciated. We have brand new stoves, ovens, washers (both dishwasher & laundry), driers, TV, Microwave, enough space, etc... I pay 1048$ + 100$ utilities. I searched for months and believe me, you can't find somewhere cheaper in Los Angeles that offers private room & bathroom with that price. The location is not perfect, but still we're next to food4less and it makes life much easier and affordable for me. Also Metro E line is very close. The staff have been more than helpful each time I contacted them and recently I realized they're adding improvements to our unit like a ladder, stove foils, etc. All in all, seems like they really care about our well-being. Thank you Tripalink.

Lived with Tripalink since living in Los Angeles (over a year now), and it's been pretty decent living for the most part. Only real complaint: getting things fixed sometimes takes a while........ Update. On 5/30/2024, I have moved out in timely manner, completing my rental contract and obligations. I have made several attempts to reach Tripalink staff regardingmy rental deposit, but the phone is NEVER answered, and I currently still have not spoken to anyone. The attached photos show I was a GREAT tenant, paid my rent early EVERY month, and cleaned the unit spotless upon my departure (it was not really clean when I moved in). So why am I having trouble reaching someone to return my rent deposit to me?

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for a while now, and I must say, it exceeds all my expectations! The rent is incredibly affordable, offering great value for the money. One of the highlights for me is the high-quality cleaning service provided every month. It’s so refreshing to see the management team taking such good care of the premises, ensuring a clean and hygienic living environment for all residents. Moreover, the management’s proactive communication with tenants is commendable. They are always eager to listen and respond to our concerns, making us feel valued and heard. This level of attentiveness and care is rare to find and truly makes living here a delightful experience. The bedroom quickly became my personal retreat, offering a comfortable bed that's conducive to both studying and relaxation. The ample desk space and well-placed lighting made late-night study sessions surprisingly enjoyable. The closet and storage options were more than enough for my college wardrobe, ensuring that my living space remained tidy and organized. The bathroom's modern fixtures, clean design, and the inclusion of quality toiletries made my daily routine a pleasure. It's a small detail, but the little luxuries like this contribute to a positive living experience. The location of the unit is another huge plus. Close proximity to campus (about 15-minute walk, 6 minutes on a bike/electric scooter), local eateries, and public transportation has made my college life significantly more manageable. The property management team has been fantastic throughout my stay. They are responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring that residents have a positive experience. Living in Hana has def given me the space I have been looking for with high ceiling, as well as the tranquility and modern ambitious space I have been looking for. The location is centered to all LA and it has all the amenities that are needed. Staff are very nice and helpful, and very glad I moved in a year ago. It’s a nice community with a very safe apartment complex that brings comfort.

My experience as a tenant at Harper Apartment has been exceptional. They were quick to respond work orders, security guards are extremely friendly, and they were even more than happy to let me move out earlier and return partial rent + deposit back. My only problem is that I get a constant noise from the upstair, but as the property management have limited responsibility for noisy tenants, I will still give 5 stars.

Gemma South is amazing! The neighbors are so friendly. The amenities here are so awesome - lots of sunlight all through out the building and in the apartment. Life is good here.
