My experience as a tenant at Harper Apartment has been exceptional. They were quick to respond work orders, security guards are extremely friendly, and they were even more than happy to let me move out earlier and return partial rent + deposit back. My only problem is that I get a constant noise from the upstair, but as the property management have limited responsibility for noisy tenants, I will still give 5 stars.

Gemma South is amazing! The neighbors are so friendly. The amenities here are so awesome - lots of sunlight all through out the building and in the apartment. Life is good here.

My experience has been nothing but a nightmare. The walls are paper thin and do not block any sound. If u have an upstairs neighbor that stays up late then your sleep is pretty much screwed. When someone upstairs walks my whole room shakes. I literally haven’t gotten any good sleep since moving in. The thought that I need to stay for the whole year already made me depressed.

Tripalink LA / the neighborhood is active. The unexpected is expected here. Not maintain, outdoor not kept up. Real bug issues. Fruit flys and flys are your roommates too. When you just move in a new home, you don’t expect these issues to occur right a way. You expect a fresh home.

I've complained about the homeless under my balcony for months now. Last night one was smoking crack and my entire apartment smelt like it so bad that I ended up sick and at the doctors office.. I've made them aware but I'm sure they will continue to not do anything. I also pay A LOT to live here, for nothing to be done. The complex also has no airflow in the units because there is no real window, and only one door (the patio) door which has no net to keep flies out. Long list of reasons why you shouldn’t move here, but I’ll stop here. Edit: received a response below from tripalink.. I attached a picture of the view from my patio. It is the ally in which is the exit from the guest parking and also the exit from the gym and back of building which many of us use. They say it’s not within the property but looks pretty close to me. I’ll show images of the front and side of building which usually has a homeless person sleeping directly on the property

I love Tripalink Community so much! I am living in one of Tripalink Apartment. The Property Manager is so sweet! Their events are so funny. Everything is so SEAMLESS!! (from leasing to move-in). The whole team is really responsive. I emailed them I want a Tripalink notebook, and they even deliver it to me in person. Jason was so responsive to helping me coordinate with Property Management Team to solve my issue. My friend who lives in Tripalink House around USC recommended Tripalink to me. I have to say, it is the best Property Management Company!!

Omgg Vicky is the BEST! I had been looking at tripalink properties for a few months before I settled on a place. Vicky texted me a video of a studio unit that was available at one of their properties but unfortunately it didn’t have a balcony. So I kept looking, a month later I noticed there was a new building opening up called the Gemma north, I put in a request for more information and she texted me the next day with information on the property, she answered all of my questions and sent me an application at 10pm. I filled it out as fast as I could because I knew the unit would go fast. I applied without even seeing the unit because I just knew I would love it. The next day I got approved and she sent me a video of the unit as soon as it became available. I was so happy. Later that week she did a walk through tour with me. She’s so friendly and down to earth. I felt like I was viewing the property with one of my friends lol. Even once I moved in she was super communicative and answered all of my questions. She’s so easy to talk to and is extremely helpful. Thank you Vicky for being THEE BEST at what you do! Thanks for all your help!
