They give you Notice to terminate on non-payment of rent for not paying 250 moving out cleaning fee after it was on accounted for only 2 days.And says"Despite numerous messages to you, your rental account remains in arrears." Try somewhere else that have normal expcetion on payment.

Been here since December 2023 and loved the apartment so much! UKO makes it so easy to settle into a new city and was so close to uni & friends. The communal spaces were very nice to meet lovely neighbours and have eachothers backs! The community and house managers were always there to solve problems & have been very respectful in their communication. Will be sad to go!

I lived in UKO Newtown for a couple of months. The maintenance of the property was well kept, all features of the apartment including stove, taps, TV's, bathrooms were all fully functional. It was a very user friendly place to live.

I have been living at UKO Newtown for over 2 years. Fully furnished appartment with a great location close to the bubbling King Street. A lot of public transport around and numerous supermarkets.

Overall good experience, the unit was properly equipped as advertises. And it was pretty quiet during the extend of the stay.
