Really nice facilities, very cozy studios. Has everything you need. Lovely community. Brani the building manager is the nicest, most welcoming person I have interacted with in Australia. Even the toughest problem is solved quick and easy when he is on it. Would highly recommend especially if you are fresh off of the boat in Australia.

A really cozy nice area to stay - easy to access to transport, shops, cafes and restaurants. It is convenient as everything is furnished and prepare. Brandi as the building manager is also really kind and keen on helping different matters. Highly recommended.

I love the location. It is extremely convenient, especially when you commute to the CBD often. As someone new to Sydney, the UKO community is very nice and welcoming. Brani is very kind and supportive to me. Thank you so much, Brani!

Beautiful studio with great view. We lived here for three months and it was great experience! Brani is a very responsive & organised host, and we especially enjoy the fresh linen and towels provided every week. Thanks UKO!

Superb location close to the city, parks, cafes and beaches, well equipped room with all utilities included (fast wifi, electricity, water and gas) are just some of the compelling factors why UKO Paddington Village is such a good property to stay at. What makes this property different than other similar providers is the Community Manager, Brani, who goes above and beyond to make everyone's stay here such a memorable one!
