The flats are super modern and well furnished. But Unicity Living just changed their name, to try to get a better image but the people working here are still the same and you need to be careful if you don’t wanna get scammed. They will try to take you as much money as they can, using ridiculous excuses. I left in the beginning of the month and they made me pay it completely, and two days after I left the appartment, there was already someone else living here. But if you are being cautious enough, you shouldn’t have too much problems.

I am a math student at west bohemian university and I stayed last year at unicity living. My opinion is quite bad about them, you were going to ask anything and they did not answer you kindly. When returning the deposit, they charged us management fees, cleaning of the room (we left it very clean when we left), stains (non-existent) on the walls and many more meaningless things I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

Very sketchy!! Be aware specially if you are foreigner. If you rent an apartment here check if everything is fine (clean blankets, working lamps, non broken plates) if not write an email as soon as possible otherwise they will try to overcharge you in everything. Unicity is like a chemical use with caution.

Great place and living. However, if you are interested in living, I recommend dealing only with Daramis, not with T2 Reality, who provide absolutely desperate services and do the whole community, the district and the city as such a maximum disgrace. If the rental / purchase of the apartment should take place via T2, it is better to look elsewhere.

At first, a great place to live full of young students. Unfortunately, in recent months, students have been rotated by unadaptable citizens, making noise and noise. The caretaker was unable to arrange for smokers to get an ashtray, so the terrace was full of cigarette butts for a long time (when I went to ask in person at five o'clock in the afternoon, a naked, drunk man with a cigarette in his hand opened for me). Unwillingness to end the rental agreement in less than three months - if you live through a classic real estate, it is usually not a problem to find a replacement for you sooner.

Actually, it is very good place for living and that appears with the services they offer, but I think they should lower their prices a little bit. So it will be affordable for the majority of people.
