Worst pg ever.The housekeeping are not trust worthy.They may eat your food or take other things without permission. 2ndly if you will complain then their service team will respond very lately. Looking at money it’s not worthy at all. Food quality is worst most of the time.

List of facilities are good but don't expect honesty, decency, respect, humanity or support against wrong from the management. They have money as their highest priority. Human sentiments and integrity are unknown to them. Your mental peace will imbalanced even after being there tenent for years. No cooperation from their end. Stuff went missing nobody took responsibility. Not a safe place to live as they can gang up against a tenent and make your life living hell. Biased and unfair treatment. I don't know what else I can say we are not local karanataka residents don't understand their language not their behaviour. Whatever we faced from this company I hope nobody has to face that. Staff has liar and offenders in between them. How they bullied us because it's such a big company. I just hate it and hate them. Hate their authorities.

I am a resident in this PG. i have been her for 6months, sadly because i signed a contract. April3foods company has its production is done in the basement of this PG. People in the Pg and april3foods are very rude. The waste from april3foods is directed into the space of uniworld PG. This causing a lot of bad odor in the apartment were we working professionally and students live in. This is an unliveable space. Parking for the PG is taken over by the april3foods company. The only reason why i came to this pg. I would not take my business here. I highly doubt the hygiene of both these organizations. Stanza has better authority over this place. If you want to throw away cash. Come to this PG otherwise there are a lot more better ones out there.

Had food poisoning after having dinner at 5th floor canteen in my first day itself. Struggled for 2 days with loose motions and stomach ach. Worst food experience.

They don't have working cctv cameras. things are getting missed. And people are stealing from workspace. when stanza was there no outsiders were allowed. after the UniWorld take over there is no accountability of who is coming from outside.

Security is a concern. Stuff gets missed inside property all the time. All the management says is we are not responsible. Food sucks. The management is lousy and has an aversion towards responsibility. Property was better when it was owned by stanza. Atleast they had accountability.
