Review being updated to 1 star as they aren't functioning hygineically and now it's STanza living [Latest review] ============ Below is copy paste of same review I am posting via my 3 different Gmail accounts - only to get more help or response from stanza management I will be editing and adding a photo everyday going forward until this issue is fixed or i get some help. This is probably my first ever review where I have not used the facility or service but let me assure you that I am writing this so that the responsible staff do see this and show some response to this and help me out here. Kindly note , I have already reached out to stanza customer care, staff here , social media (private message ) and now this is the first public "let others know" resort. Sorry as i understand its very hard to run a business and I do appreciate the hardwork - however we live in a civilized society and you need to be mindful of many things. I do not have any idea how visitors here come and fail to see this backside waste management of stanza. I am shocked how filthy , dirty and unhygienic is this facility that boasts of hosting one of the best accomodation facilities in electronic City. They put their waste food and what not at their basement in the backside as shown in pics and since two months there has been no cleaning at all and it's just causing such bad foul smell that I cannot even open my windows . With medical patient at my apartment, I cannot even get fresh air . The reason being with every slight flow of wind , we get the bad smell into our home. I don't want to mention about other buildings and residents around as I speak for myself but I am pretty sure aware that they are also facing a similar situation. [Old review ]The great advantage of this location is the location itself.. I think for those who work nearby it's a great advantage to live here.. I see the food facilities at terrace from my apartment

I’ve had an outstanding experience staying at this PG. The management team is incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs. I have had an excellent experience at this PG. The quality of facilities and services provided here is outstanding. The manager Rajesh and front office team (Ketan & Saiyed) deserve special recognition for their professionalism and dedication. They are always responsive, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents' comfort and satisfaction. Their efforts have made my stay here truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

recently stayed at Uniworld and had a pretty good experience. Here are some specific points regarding my stay ,The room was clean and well-maintained. Specially front office staff was friendly and attentive.The check-in and check-out process was smooth.Thank you for providing a pleasant stay. I look forward to returning in the future.
