Absolutely appalling, we stayed in apartment number 70 and were disappointed to find so many things wrong with the apartment. There was a disgusting smell from the dishwasher and when we tried to use it it left piles of water on the floor, the trays in the dishwasher were covered in mould. We had to hand wash all dishes for 8 people, however there was no tea towel, no dishwashing liquid so we had to buy supplies. There was also no hot water in the kitchen and in one of the bathrooms. We had to boil the kettle to wash the dishes. The A/C did not work, the TV did not work. One of the blankets had a big dirty stain on it. I contacted the agency about the things that were broken and they said someone would come to fix it but they never arrived. Would never rent through this agency again. The apartments should be inspected by the health inspectors. I contacted the agency on our departure again but once again no response.

Stayed in a 5 room apartment with 16 members of extended family.(grandparents (80+), children (50s), grandchildren(20s)) It was great. The apartment was great. The host were great. The location was great. It was great value. I enjoyed eating breakfast and other interactions with the whole family.

I rented an urban flats apartment through Airbnb. The pictures on Airbnb looked magnificent. Upon checking in we quickly realized this company is a scam. The unit looked extremely different from the photos, dirty, run down, and just plain depressing. Tons of mold in shower, no cushions on the couch, beat up furniture, etc. The entrance to the unit was street level and the latch would get stuck, making it difficult to keep the door shut and secure. Luckily, they never asked me to hand over my credit card for a security deposit. Other reviews show that when they do this, they just keep it. I’m sure 99% of their customers are international guests who eventually give up trying to collect after months of waiting for a refund. Airbnb worked with me and issued a full refund for the stay since I acted quickly and left after only sitting in the living room for one hour trying to decide how to best handle the situation. I still show the unit as available and looks as if it’s booked up for many weeks over the next few months. I wish I could contact those who will undoubtedly run into the same exact situation we did. Don’t book anything this company offers. Stick with somewhere that has numerous reliable reviews and save yourself the hassle.

STOP if you are thinking about staying at one of their rentals. They last minute (4:30pm, the day of arrival, when we our party of 10 was on the train to Paris) changed us from what we had rented, with the excuse that the place is undergoing construction! We had no choice but to accept it. They said the new place is bigger but no need to pay extra, it was actually 120 Euros cheaper on their own website. The place was trash, sheets were torn, had hair or blood stain on them, the doors were broken, and the only supply was one role of toilet paper per bathroom, absolutely no other supplies, even soap or dish soap. Kitchen was horrible, dishes were dirty, basically the worst experience I have ever had in lodging.

We rented a 4 bedroom apartment in Le Marais. The AC, dishwasher and TV were not working and the condition of the apt was appalling. It smelled of cigarette smoke. On arrival Customer service acknowledged receiving our complaint about the AC asked if we wanted someone to come and fix it, however, they never came. Communication with the agency was extremely slow and frustrating during the lead up to arrival. I could not possibly recommend this agency. They have no quality control over their product. The apartment should be taken out of their inventory.

Our apartment was marketed as a “luxury” apartment, unfortunately this was a lie and likely fraudulent given the big discrepancy from how it is being marketed and reality. 2/5 bedrooms had no window. 1 bedroom had two beds instead of one as shown. 3 doorhandles were missing or broken to the point one couldn’t open the doors. There were (several) meter long marks / scratches along the walls. Bed frames were dirty and stained. Pictures have been manipulated/ taken with a wide lens, styling including carpets and other “homie” interior are nonexistent. We paid ~EUR1200 / day for 6 days and it resembled a student party hall. Location is good however this is not the works of a serious actor.

We rented a flat through AirBnB and this agency managed our check-in and helped us store our luggage so that we were free to enjoy Paris for the day. We found them to be very helpful and pleasant to deal with. As a family of 5 on a long vacation covering different countries, we had a large amount of luggage and this was no problem and they stored it for only about 20 euros. When it came to transferring the luggage to the property, I had some problems getting hold of a taxi and they helped me with this, giving me free wifi and advice about tax apps, which I am very grateful to them for, helping us through this.
