I am paying full rent , yet for the past two months I have been requesting a gym access card for our unit and still have not received it. Not even a single gym card has been provided. 6 people living in this unit At the very least, there should be one gym card per unit. Fitness is important, and access to the gym should not be this difficult for residents who are paying full rent. If there is any issue regarding cost, you can charge RM30–40 for the card that is a reasonable amount, and it is enough to make one. The main concern is that repeated requests from residents should be taken seriously. When someone keeps asking for a gym card, it clearly shows they are fitness-conscious and genuinely want to use the facility. If the gym card is provided, I am more than willing to change this review from one star to five stars. Other than this issue, I have no complaints.

If you’re planning to rent in Kuala Lumpur, please avoid Utopia. Very disappointing experience. They are quick to collect money, but when it comes to service, it’s extremely poor. Issues are slow to be addressed, communication is weak, and follow-ups are almost non-existent. The room size is very small, yet the rent is unreasonably expensive for what you’re getting. The overall value does not match the price at all. Management shows little concern once payment has been made. Honestly, there are many better options in KL with more reasonable pricing and much better service. Do yourself a favor and survey other places first before considering Utopia. Not recommended.

I wonder how people still rent from this utopia! With all the negative reviews I see people still renting, regardless of all the reviews given by actual tenants! Service after move in (almost zero). I literally woke up not able to breathe, 7 rooms in an unventilated apartment, in an ac room they didn't provide but yet charged me for! I had the worst experience when I was threatened by numerous (unidentified staff show up anytime to give orders and leave my complaints unattended) !! Service after move in, (you move in and we won't give you, since you paid!

Affordable rental with complete facilities. The kitchen, laundry, and shared spaces are well taken care of. Definitely a good choice for long-term stay!
