Utopia Coliving is best for students, interns, or anyone needing a simple, short-term place to stay. It's affordable and convenient, but don’t expect hotel-style service. If you’re okay with shared spaces and basic amenities, it’s a solid choice.

Had a blackout in my unit even though my smart meter still had balance. Other units had no problem . only mine. Tried calling management, but no one picked up. Customer service is practically useless, especially during weekends. No emergency line, no response, nothing. But when it comes to collecting rent or fees, they’re super fast even threatening residents if payment is late. Yet when we need urgent help, they disappear. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND. Just find another trusted property agent. If you’re worrying about high deposits, some agents/owners accept being paid the deposits by instalment. And like the other reviewers mentioned, their units have 8 rooms partition. Can you imagine how suffocating the unit is? Most housemates are unhygienic person and lazy bums, would leave their unwashed dishes in the sink for weeks and left the laundries on drying rack for days. Some don’t even know to flush the toilets after use. Some rooms smells like rubbish dump when you walk past their rooms. And most importantly, their staffs, customer service along with their finance teams’ works “macam tak sekolah”. They said on 4th June the refund will take around 14 working days, but they only raise the refund invoice on 28th June and that was only after I followed up. Who taught you guys to work like that? Kalau tak bijak, pergi kursus professional dulu lah. Menyusahkan orang betul. So, to anyone whose deposits being held, just straight report them to KPDN. Based on my experience, I don’t trust this company anymore.

if there’s 0 star then I’ll give that instead, really bad service since the first day itself, I was been told that my room has ac but when I was there there wasn’t at all only a lousy wall fan. I was staying at bistari condo for 1 year n omg the house is really dirty and they literally maximised their profit by removing the hall by building compact rooms wit partition only, like PARTITION in between each room?? The worst part is facility at there cannot use at all cus only one ppl in the house can have the card, but there’s like 8 room and how about the 7 others ?? I can only say no common sense at all to do things like this. and when I move out it’s been more than a month now they haven’t pay back my deposit?? like I don’t think this is fair to me … cus when we’re late without mercy they charge us a fine, but when it’s them we need to accept ??

I was offered by one of their staff a shoplot single room. At first they said there is no deposit except for advance rental rental. Then suddenly once arranged for viewing they said I need to pay 1000 plus. Seriously they only say its zero deposit then will tell need to pay this that really full of bullshit.
