I’m a tenant utopia wisma cosway lv19-02 ,tday my room 12.30pm suddenly no electricity until now but toilet got(only my room didint have electricity,outside and other tenant room ,living room got) and i try to contact the customer service no one responds me,and i try to contact the maintenance also no response ,so disappointed!! Have check the app ,have balance also but dont know why no electricity already 6hrs ,is very hot!!!!!!!! I hope got someone come out to settle this kind of shit happened!

The most usueless company ever dont rent here they never do their job and their customer service wont even help you i ask them to remove something from my room they keep saying they will send someone and they never do and then will claim they lack of staff to send someone better rent somewhere else or a direct owner is better, they call themselves a property management company but they can’t even send a maintenance people to solve customer issues why bother having customer service when they dont do their job

Warning: They go by many names Belive x Wetopia, Wetopia, Youtopia, Utopia, and they will continue to change it. They will charge you late fees without warning for RM650 or more by ignoring any messages you send to their website, their zendesk, their app, their official WhatsApp or their agents/managers. Until the very last minute. Then they will answer you incomplete answers and disappear again. Be warned their emergency numbers do not work. Even for messages they can and will disappear for months (4-6 months) for any issues with the apartment you're staying in. Bad communication and certainly don't believe the award winning company posters they will stick on your home wall

My overall experience with Utopia was truly amazing, the staff was very clear when explaining about the room conditions and assisted me whenever I have issues with the unit facilities or room issues.

It good platform to search rental room with affordable price also it convenience due to some of them near to public transport but need to improve more on customer satisfaction

what i appreciate the most about living under utopia is their customer service, always so helpful for me. plus, maintenance of the living areas are quite good. so far, satisfied living under them.

I must admit that my experience renting a room from Utopia at Bistari Condominium was above and beyond my expectations. Everything was handled with extraordinary care and expertise, starting from the day I made my initial inquiries about the accommodation and ending on the day of my departure. The Room: The room was well decorated and in perfect condition. It was evident that both comfort and aesthetics had received meticulous attention to detail. High-quality sheets made the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the room's natural light and open layout created a warm ambience. The property is in a great location, very next to an LRT rail station and peaceful and safe. The shared areas were kept up just as nicely. I was really pleased with the facilities and services offered in the unit The excellent hospitality extended by the managers, customer service, and cleaners was one of the most memorable features of my stay. They made sure that all of my needs were satisfied and were really responsive. They made me feel very comfortable, swiftly answered any problems I had, and gave helpful ideas for places to see in the area. To summarize my overall stay I had an excellent time renting from Utopia, and I heartily suggest it to anyone searching for a short- or long-term home. This experience was exceptional because of the well-appointed accommodation, the great location, and the committed host. I wouldn't think twice about returning here or recommending it to friends and family in the future. I'm grateful to Utopia for making my visit so enjoyable and special! 🥰👍👍👍
