We stayed here before our cruise, booking the room with airline miles. The location is great—close to the port and plenty of restaurants. The room itself is a full apartment, which was more space than we needed. Unfortunately, it had an odor when we arrived, and the floors felt a bit sticky. The rug could also use a good cleaning. The bed was comfortable, though the TV is mounted flat against the wall and can’t be viewed from the bed, which was inconvenient. We were also woken up at 6 a.m. by construction right outside our window after arriving late the night before. Overall, this isn’t a bad place, but I probably wouldn’t choose it again on a future visit.

I recently had some maintenance work done at my home, and I just wanted to share how pleased I am with the experience. The team arrived on time and were very professional. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all my questions without rushing. The work itself was done efficiently, and they left everything tidy once they were finished. It’s refreshing to see such attention to detail and care for the property. I appreciated their transparency in pricing, too—there were no hidden costs, which I always worry about. Overall, I highly recommend their maintenance services if you’re looking for a reliable team that gets the job done right. It’s a relief to have found someone I can trust for future work!

I’ve been living in my apartment for a few months now, and I have to say, I’m really happy here! The layout is spacious and feels bright, thanks to the big windows that let in plenty of natural light. It’s been a great place to unwind after a long day. The kitchen is another highlight for me. It’s modern and well-equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. I've even invited friends over for dinner, and we’ve had a blast hanging out in the living room. The community vibe is also fantastic. The neighbors are friendly, and I’ve already made a few connections. Plus, the maintenance team is responsive and quick to help whenever I’ve had minor issues. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. I’m close to shops and parks, which makes it convenient for running errands or just taking a stroll outside. I also feel safe here, which is super important to me. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING AT ALL COSTS!!! Most unprofessional experience I have had by far. I first applied for a unit in this building during the end of September. During my tour I was assured by the leasing agent that only bank statements would be enough seeing as though I get paid in cash. I made this very clear. They wasted no time getting me to bring them a check to pay all the move in fees. Then after having submitted that they then proceeded to tell me that I would need extra documentation. After a whole MONTH, having to push back my move in date and having very many issues contacting the office ( which they do purposefully the agent even admitted during the tour they slack on communication) every time I would try to reach out about the status of the application, all I would get in return is the same screenshot saying my documents weren’t enough. eventually they cancelled my application and sent me an email saying they would return the fees to me all I had to do was provide an address and email back if I had any questions. I replied within 4 hours. After not getting any response whatsoever for 4 whole days I sent ANOTHER email requesting a response. The agent replied later that day and had the audacity to tell me that since it had been over 72 hours they could no longer refund it. WHEN THEY HAD BEEN GHOSTING MY EMAIL. After some back and forth with the agent, I expressed that I would like to talk to the leasing manager directly and the agent (Oshane Fairclough) went to the extent to tell the entire office to not answer my calls and the one time I was able to reach someone they refused to tell me who I was speaking with. Since then radio silence. This building is EXTREMELY unprofessional as well as their “leasing agents” who even told me I could “smoke uo the whole floor” after asking if the building was smoke free. (Big no smoking signs on the doors of each unit btw.) Take it from me and AVOID THIS BUILDING !!!!!!

I have been living at Alea for 3 months, and I love it here! This month, I was dealing with an admin issue that was going to cost me a lot of money. But, Shane from the management team worked with me for 3 days straight to clear it out! Shane is the best and is always looking out for the residents!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Alea Miami. The entire staff is professional, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with. In particular, I’d like to recognize Mr. Oshane Fairclough — he’s my go-to person whenever I have an issue, and he always resolves it promptly and efficiently. His professionalism, approachable nature, and genuine care for residents make a real difference. I truly appreciate the dedication and excellent service he provides to me and all the residents here at Alea.

I’ve lived in many apartments in various downtown cities across the US and the Alea Miami building is there in terms of location, amenities and interior furnishings it’s a great building in Miami’s Central Business District What exceeded my expectations was the entire leasing process from viewing the potential units to signing my lease, Shane assisted every step of the way and provided too notch service. Typically the lease process is the worst part of getting a new apartment but from A to Z Shane made it painless and seamless.
