We stayed at Sentral Alea Miami for one night as a convenient stop before boarding a cruise the following day, and overall it was a very positive experience. The organization of the property is excellent, with smooth check-in and clear communication. Special thanks go to George, who was particularly helpful and attentive in assisting us with our needs. The location is outstanding: it's right next to Bayfront Park and Bayside Marketplace, offering easy access to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Even better, the hotel is steps away from the Metromover (the free people mover system), which makes exploring downtown Miami straightforward and convenient without needing a car. The studio apartment was well-appointed and modern, with thoughtful details that made it comfortable and functional—I focused on capturing those aspects in the photos I took. Additional amenities like the gym and the rooftop pool are nice perks, providing good options to relax or stay active. One thing to note: there is ongoing construction directly in front of the hotel, which may cause some noise or visual impact depending on your room assignment. For longer stays, it's worth discussing room options with George in advance to find the best solution. They do place a security deposit on your credit card at check-in, but this is reversed and adjusted to the correct final amount at checkout—no issues there. For a short stay like ours, it worked perfectly, and I'd happily return or recommend it for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable base in downtown Miami.

Spent a few days here before our cruise and this apartment building is amazing! It’s right across from Bayside and the Miami Port. The apartment complex is very clean and modern. The pool area is very nice and plenty to do from playing games, watching TV, or having a cookout. The gym looked very clean as well and they have a small outdoor workout area with a view to the bayside Farris wheel. They also have a cute mini store inside. You can get anything from snacks, drinks, frozen meals, medicine, and laundry detergent. Will definitely stay here again!

My name is James R and I wanted to highlight the Alea Miami staff. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team at Alea Miami. I was under an extreme time crunch to find an apartment due to some unforeseen life circumstances, and the level of support I received was far beyond what I expected. Idy Salgueiro, Alicia Woodard, Rodrigo, and the rest of the team went above and beyond every step of the way. Their communication was clear, timely, and reassuring throughout the entire process, which made a very stressful situation feel manageable. They were patient, transparent, and genuinely cared about helping me find a solution that worked. I’ve dealt with property management teams before, and this experience was on a completely different level. This is, without a doubt, the best management and support I’ve ever encountered. If you’re considering Alea Miami, know that you’ll be in incredibly capable and caring hands.

The Maintenance team does an outstanding job, especially Lee and Jorge, who provide fast, efficient, and highly professional service. They always handle requests with great dedication and commitment. I would also like to commend the leasing office for its great organization and performance under the management of Manager Idania, whose leadership clearly reflects responsibility and strong management. Without a doubt, Alea Miami is a well-managed community with a highly competent team.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Shane was truly a lifesaver. I came to him in a really stressful situation needing to move ASAP, and he went above and beyond for me. He got me approved and moved into my new apartment in less than two days — I still can’t believe how fast and smooth he made everything. He was professional, patient, and genuinely caring the entire time. He kept me updated, answered every question, and made me feel supported from start to finish. You can tell he loves what he does and truly wants the best for his clients. If you’re looking for a leasing agent who will fight for you, work fast, and treat you like a priority, Shane is the one. We stayed here before our cruise, booking the room with airline miles. The location is great—close to the port and plenty of restaurants. The room itself is a full apartment, which was more space than we needed. Unfortunately, it had an odor when we arrived, and the floors felt a bit sticky. The rug could also use a good cleaning. The bed was comfortable, though the TV is mounted flat against the wall and can’t be viewed from the bed, which was inconvenient. We were also woken up at 6 a.m. by construction right outside our window after arriving late the night before. Overall, this isn’t a bad place, but I probably wouldn’t choose it again on a future visit.

I’ve been living in my apartment for a few months now, and I have to say, I’m really happy here! The layout is spacious and feels bright, thanks to the big windows that let in plenty of natural light. It’s been a great place to unwind after a long day. The kitchen is another highlight for me. It’s modern and well-equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. I've even invited friends over for dinner, and we’ve had a blast hanging out in the living room. The community vibe is also fantastic. The neighbors are friendly, and I’ve already made a few connections. Plus, the maintenance team is responsive and quick to help whenever I’ve had minor issues. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. I’m close to shops and parks, which makes it convenient for running errands or just taking a stroll outside. I also feel safe here, which is super important to me. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home!
