ALEA Property has been an incredible asset for me. For the past four years, I’ve been commuting between both coasts weekly, and ALEA has consistently provided the comfort, convenience, and flexibility I need. Its central location in the heart of downtown Miami puts you within walking distance of retail, entertainment, and the beach—everything you could ask for. Even while I’m away in New York City for work, ALEA enables me to earn income through Airbnb, making it a truly seamless and rewarding experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering a place in the area. If you're touring properties in Downtown Miami, definitely put ALEA on your list—and be sure to ask for Shane Fairclouth in leasing. Let him know I sent you! 💪

had a fantastic experience working with Shane! From start to finish, he was incredibly patient and caring, always taking the time to listen to what I needed and guiding me through every step of the process. Even when things got a bit stressful, their calm and supportive attitude made all the difference. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Worst experience I have ever received from any type of service. I paid the 550$ for one night in this apartment 3 months in advance to secure a 3-bed, 3-bath apartment for our trip going on a cruise out of Miami. Booked it through Booking . com. Appeared to initially have little to no issues, as they did text me back once booked and stated they would give me further instructions the day before arrival. This did NOT happen. I continued to attempt to reach out to their phone numbers provided and was given the go around over and over again. After being in Miami the day I was supposed to use this apartment, I finally contacted Booking . com to see what they could do for us. They made contact with the property manager finally and Carlos the manager or owner finally reached out to me stating there is a water issue in the apartment and he could not provide me a place to stay or an alternative. Literally found out this information while I am sitting outside of the building waiting to enter. Why did it take hours of me attempting to reach him and finally Booking . Com getting involved for them to ultimately tell me I'm screwed for the evening. Completely unacceptable customer service. Booking sent me back a refund in 7-10 business days. I highly recommend anybody just stay at a trusted common Hotel in the area. Ubers are not that crazy expensive to get around. Save yourself the trouble and never book with this place. This is my opinion based on the crappy customer service I received. Good luck and hope you enjoy Miami!

Looks Nice, But Unsafe and Poorly Managed If I could give this place zero stars, I would. While the property itself is aesthetically pleasing, the lack of security and terrible management make it an awful place to live. My boyfriend’s car was stolen from the so-called “secure” double-gated garage on Memorial Day. His apartment was also broken into, and almost everything was stolen. I never felt safe here. The hallways constantly smell like straight weed, and management does nothing about it. Speaking of management, they never answer the phone—you have to physically go to the office just to get a response. The mail system is a disaster. Packages are thrown into a room with no organization, and many of mine were lost or likely stolen. The hot tub is a joke—I’ve lived here for two years, and it has only worked once or twice. The elevators are frequently broken, and the hot water goes out all the time. The dog park is disgusting, and management does nothing to enforce cleanup. The only positive thing I can say is that the maintenance team is great. Overall, this place might look nice, but the reality is a completely different story. Unsafe, poorly managed, and filled with constant issues—I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone.

Most unhelpful concierge team in any building I have ever lived in. They’re supposed to give you codes for delivered packages, instead they accept packages from Fedex, never send codes, and then refuse to help look for it in the package room. Not only do they not want to look for it and refuse to look, they don’t allow you to look for yourself either. This is the 3rd occasion I’ve had expensive items marked as delivered to someone at the front desk and the package has just gone missing conveniently nowhere to be found and no one wants to help locate it. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say there’s a thief working in this building and the other front desk agents are in on it. I will never have expensive items sent here again and I will think twice about renewing my lease as well. Receiving my packages at my home is my right.

His professionalism and extensive knowledge of the property made the leasing process smooth and enjoyable. Rodrigo took the time to understand my needs and preferences, providing tailored options that aligned perfectly with what I was looking for. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service made a significant difference, making me feel valued and supported every step of the way.
