After living in this building for a year, I unfortunately cannot recommend it due to my experience with the management. Communication has been consistently difficult, as all requests must go through a manager via email — and in my case, responses were either significantly delayed or never received at all. This lack of follow-up made even simple issues frustrating and time-consuming to resolve. I truly hope improvements are made, as the potential of the property is being overshadowed by the current level of service.

I applied to Alea Miami with excitement, got approved for a unit, and was charged a $125 application fee (understandable) and a $350 administrative fee. The problem? Despite my approval, the process that followed was poorly managed and left me with no unit, no lease, and no clear communication. I requested to switch to another available unit shortly after being approved. I was told this would be possible, but heard nothing for several days. By the time someone followed up, the new unit was gone. No lease was ever generated for the original unit either. Yet I was still charged an administrative fee supposedly covering “lease prep and processing,” which never occurred. Their response claims the fee also covers internal coordination — but when that coordination fails to result in any tangible progress, it feels like a penalty for trusting the process. Alea Miami has a strict “no refund” policy on both fees, even when services are not delivered in a meaningful way. Be cautious: once they charge your card, you’re on your own.

From the very beginning, Shane has been incredible. Since I live in New York, my co-host toured the ALEA Apartments in Miami on my behalf, and Shane made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The tour was fabulous—everything looked amazing, even through video. From that point on, the communication has been consistent and professional. To this day, Shane continues to support me with anything I need at the property. Whether it’s a question or a hiccup with one of my Airbnb guests, he’s always responsive and helpful. It truly takes a team to make things run smoothly, and while Shane isn’t on my personal team, he is a vital part of the ALEA team—and it shows. The management as a whole has been great, and they truly work with you to make your living experience top-tier. If you’re looking for someone who will actually show up, follow through, and care about your experience, I highly recommend reaching out to Shane. He’s the real deal.

I recently moved into my new apartment at Alea, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience, thanks in large part to Oshane Fairclough, my Leasing Consultant. As someone new to the area and renting an apartment under my name for the first time, I was honestly a bit intimidated by the process. But Shane made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. From our first interaction, he was professional, courteous, and exceptionally kind. He gave me an amazing tour and walked me through every step of the move-in process with clear explanations and incredible patience, always taking the time to answer my questions thoroughly and promptly. It's rare to come across someone so genuinely committed to making sure you feel confident and supported in such a big transition. Although I’ve only been living here a short time, I’ve already been so impressed by the convenience, the thoughtful amenities, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by both the staff and fellow residents. It truly already feels like home! The location is also unbeatable. (The proximity to the Metromover makes getting around downtown incredibly easy and has quickly become one of my favorite features of living here.) Thanks to Shane and the entire Alea team, I felt welcomed not just into the apartment, but into a community. I’m so grateful for the support and highly recommend working with Shane if you're considering a move to Alea!

I had the pleasure of having Marco at the leasing office assisting me with everything !! and I must say he truly excels in his role. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and was genuinely helpful throughout my entire experience.
