I highly recommend Shane Fairclough to anyone looking for a new apartment at Alea Miami. He provided excellent customer service, answered every question promptly, and kept us updated throughout the application process. Even though we were not in town, he made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. He provided video tours and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and priorities, helping us find the perfect apartment. His friendly and professional demeanor made us feel confident in our decision to lease here. Even after move-in day, he continues to assist with any questions, making our transition as smooth as possible. Look for him—you won't regret it!

I wanted to leave this review and personally shout out and thank Monique and De’Shanisty for all my help with leasing a new apartment. They have been super understanding and helpful with the entire process. Having been in a couple of apartments prior and having bad experiences, this has made me regain faith in management. For whatever needs or questions you may have. They are the ones to go to.

Having lived at Alea for two years, I can say this place is best suited for short-term stays or Airbnb visitors, which is how many apartments here are set up. For anyone looking to stay long-term, I highly recommend considering other options. Pros: Great downtown location close to local attractions Cons: Dog waste in hallway floors Constant noise with lots of partying (good luck getting a decent night's sleep) Lax security – it’s not unusual to wake up and find a drunk person sleeping outside your apartment I'd rate this building zero stars if I could, but I have to acknowledge Marco from management. He's the only bright spot, genuinely caring, listening, and going the extra mile to address issues. Five stars to him alone, which slightly raises the overall rating.
