I stayed there for a month. Overall a positive experience. The rooms are somewhat quiet. Very walkable to the city centre. I expected a cleaner rooms though.

we stayed 4 nights, and we really got no complaints. check in was as easy as it can get. the room itsself is cute, the stairs to the bed are fun, maybe not the safest thing on earth :) the location was great, the metro stations are only a few minutes away. we didn't really interact with any of the staff besides from check in and check out, but they seem like lovely people:) would recommend!

Had a great experience at the bar! The staff were absolutely lovely—Charlie, Adriana, and Firm took great care of us and made us feel so welcome. I forgot my room card, but they handled it quickly and without any hassle. Fantastic service and a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed at Zoku Amsterdam, and it was one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The cozy and modern atmosphere, incredibly comfortable rooms with thoughtful design – everything is created for maximum comfort. I especially loved that the rooms are designed like mini-apartments: a comfortable bed, a workspace, and a stylish kitchen. The panoramic windows add a sense of spaciousness. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. I also want to highlight the amazing rooftop bar and common areas, perfect for working or just relaxing. The location is excellent – close to the city center, yet quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values style, convenience, and top-notch service!

Stayed here for the weekend after a business trip in the city centre. I was in another hotel the first couple of nights and only wish I’d come here sooner. The loft rooms were beautiful and felt very homely with all the necessary appliances. The upstairs bar at the lobby was buzzing and served fantastic cocktails. It’s rare I go somewhere where the hotel bar is better than the ones in town. They had lots of free fruit which is a nice touch. Also a self check-in service to accompany the staff. I’ve never checked-in so smoothly. The staff were great and friendly. Only gave this a 4* for location because it is slightly off the beaten track. My girlfriend and I love to walk so being ~ 20mins walk from the city centre was ideal really. There are trams / busses right nearby if your preference is to take public transport. I’ll be back for sure!

Great hotel for a business meeting. Appreciated how unique and functional the guest rooms and business rooms were. The lounge area on the 6th floor is also fun and beautiful. I especially appreciated having an electric tea kettle and tea pot in my room!

Can't recommend this place enough! Amazing location, rooms were spotless spacious and had everything you needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful no matter what you needed. Will absolutely be returning and can't wait!
