Zoku Amsterdam never disappoints. My wife and I have stayed here before—and it certainly won’t be our last time. The space is modern, cozy, and cleverly designed, making it perfect for both relaxation and inspiration. The staff are warm and genuinely welcoming, and the rooftop views make every morning feel special. It truly feels like a home away from home for both of us, every single time.

I stayed at Zoku for six nights. The rooms are well equipped and cosy. The staff was very nice and helpful, and what was great was also the rooftop. It is best for single travelers and remote workers. The location is also good ,a bit of the center which is more quiet. Strongly recommend.

I did enjoy the XL Loft that I booked, it was very clean and organized. However... I did feel that a lot of the staff were a little inexperienced, they are all quite young and maybe need a few more years in the field. I know this hotel is for a younger, tech crowd, but I would have appreciated some staff with a little more experience or training, working with more experienced staff to lead the team. They were very pleasant but lacked service expertise, basic cues, for example, how long it took for a glass of water at the restaurant table when seated, or multiple staff walking by when I had been stood waiting to be seated and there were plenty of empty tables. I love to see a young enthusiast group in the service industry, but the level of service in this modern hotel could be better. I had asked a very specific questions about something going on in the city during a national celebration, the reply was not helpful and I later found out, after the fact, that there had been a huge celebration walking distance to the hotel that I missed out on, I was not happy about that at all. I told management the next morning at breakfast and he apologized saying that they would train their staff better on this feedback...I hope they do. For these reasons I deducted a star from my review, although if those things don't make a difference to you, then ignore that feedback. I won't be returning to Amsterdam but I do recommend this hotel for longer stays based on the facilities and cleanliness, which I would give 5 stars. I did want to note that I had asked in my initial booking for a room in the most quiet location and they put me on the 4th floor away from the street level and also away from the 6th floor bar, so I appreciated that accommodation. I also appreciated the inclusivity that they showed with bathroom labels, a jar of tampons in the ladies bathroom on the 6th floor common area/restaurant/bar, and a number of single booths for video/ phone calls, etc, which kept the common areas quiet and relaxing. I hope that in the future they have a good mix of experienced staff and newer staff on shift together for a more seamless and elevated service that matches the hotel itself. Again, they all seemed very pleasant and nice, this was just my experience.

Easy to park and the staff was friendly. However, the room was quite small and not very clean. The kitchen tools and utensils were dirty, with leftover food still on some of them. Needs better housekeeping.

I stayed in Zoku for three nights and it was amazing! The hotel has a very unique concept and it's so refreshing. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is close to pretty much everything including a metro station. I would definitely choose to stay there again!

I had a wonderful meal at this hotel thanks to Chefs Niels and Ariq, and our waitress Yasmine, who created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The charm of the place made the experience even more special.
