Everything was great. Right from the time we checked in (it was my wife’s birthday trip) and they greeted us and also surprised us with a small cake the next morning at breakfast, and had the staff greeting us). The Loft XL is amazing, breakfast is great, and the staff - everyone - is always here to help. The location is amazing, a little away from the madness of the Center, and still a 20 minute walk to the Central Station. The Metro line is a 5 minute walk, and there are several museums close-by.

The only positive point is the friendly welcome. I left there with food poisoning, I spent my stay in bed, vomiting. I couldn't do any activities ( not reimbursed ). Around €20 for breakfast for two, of which my share was not reimbursed in view of my inability to eat. No deodorant in toilet. hard pillows. Lousy location. Smells strongly of cigarettes downstairs and not really a visible sign. Air conditioning either too strong or too cold. Sofa on which I spent the night really not comfortable... fire alarm test at over 11pm. Anyway, great first part of the honeymoon

I've used their co-working day pass a few times and had a pleasant time. In fact, I may get a room there in my next visit. The day pass includes a lunch - it was always delicious (which shocked me every time, given it is located in the country were food goes to die), but a bit too sweet. Also, there were always vegan options, but not always vegan protein options, which was a big minus. Overall, I enjoyed my time there.

Courteous and helpful staff team that really went out of their way for my wife and I in our first stay at Zoku. We especially appreciated Joanna’s helpfulness! There is a youthful energy around the place and the architecture / interior design is marvelous. We will return for sure.

Spent a lot of time looking for a short stay place for myself and my wife that felt like an air b and b but had the services of a hotel. Zoku nailed it. Everything was so clean and modern. The top floor is just amazing. And the general vibe and location are class.

We just had one of the best meals I have ever had at Zoku this evening. We ordered the sharing platter and every dish was so delicious, it melted on my tongue. I can't remember eating like that for years. Absolutely wonderful. 100% recommended ✨

The room is spacious and bright and has everything you need. The rooftop is very romantic at night with all the dimmed lights. My room was next to the door that opens to the elevator, so I could hear the door opens and closes all the time from my room. There is little soundproofing as I could hear footsteps from upstairs or people walking by the hallway. If you are a light sleeper, you need to aware of this. Overall, I like the unique loft design and would stay again next time I visit.

Great stay in the centre of Amsterdam for a good price! We needed a room for a night nearby the theatre, nothing too fancy, expensive or big -just a bed to safely sleep in mostly- and this place actually exceeded our expectations. The interior is calm, modern and lovely. When you arrive, you can only get up to the 6th floor, which is the public space. The self check-in is quick and easy. The room card is used to access your floor and room, giving a certain extra sense of security. The room was simple but still with enough storage space, and the bathroom was straight out of a luxurious hotel in my opinion. Though I could have done without the wall-covering mirrors in the shower. The overall vibe of the hotel is amazing and it's a quick walk to a metro or tram nearby. They even offer an art-swap, for if you don't like the art in your room, which we found really fun. The only points we'd grade lower were the noisiness of our room, the light and the lack of personnel approaching us/visible at check-in. Our room was on an in-between floor, with the door right in the stair-space. We could hear people talk and doors fall shut, so if you're a light sleeper it's less convenient. The windows in the room were high up and had walls close-by, so natural light was limited, but enough during the day. The main-light of the room wasn't very bright though, even on its brightest. And at check-in we first couldn't find the self check-in nor some kind of reception/person. In the end, the tablets were near the hallway and easy in use. Could have done with a clearer sign towards the self check-in.
